Moisture all over the place

Very clean! Modern design. Pool was great but the towels were not stocked. Breakfast was Fresh! Nothing in walking distance really. Will stay here again

Our room was damp the floors were cold and wet as if there was a flood prior to us arriving. The room had a weird smell and upon opening the pull out couch we realized there was a lot of mold. For that reason alone I’ll give this place 0 stars. Mold is not a joke and people take it way too lightly, it really is a silent killer. It was later at night when we realized the mold and it was too late to find somewhere else to stay. If you care about your health and safety find somewhere else to stay!!

Its was cool

Ideal location for the Ft. Lauderdale area and airport. Amenities in room is the reason I booked and it worked out well

Overall the property was what I expected it was clean however I noticed that everything metal in the room lamps shower heads handles little rusted oxidation Maybe but it wasn't a good look. The water stream in the shower was extremely weak and the Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Water pressure was non existent

Everything about the hotel was so good!

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Facilities are nice but they are outdated. Upgrades needed. Elevators were not working properly. One was out of service and the other moved really slow.

Marika was amazing, she was very attentive to our group of 12. Found us a couple of rooms a little early so we could store the tons of luggage we had. All rooms were ready by 3pm check in time. Only problem was one of two elevators was broken. The remaining one was small, very slow and shared with staff.

We stay here all the time and we usually have an amazing time but this time one of the elevators wasn’t working so it would take really long to get to your floor. The pool was also closed for 2 days.

Only one elevator was working

I left my jury on the bed and a Pandora pouch. It was five bracelets, diamond earrings, and a pair of lime green earrings. Call the hotels 2 to 3 hours after I left to inform them that I left my items on the bed. Well did never receive them. They said they did not find them and somebody working for this hotel stole my Jewelry about 2500

Initially we booked 2 double queen rooms to allow our children to have excess space because we would be there for 5 days. We got one of the double queen rooms and We got a king room which is smaller than the queen room. Front desk told us they would give us a double queen the following day once guests checks out and the room is clean, i checked everyday and still never got the room, fine. Our king room was moist, whether the ac was on or off the room was wet, the rug was very wet, the room had a very awful scent because of the moisture, the counter tops were wet in the kitchen area, around the bed, the entrance by the floor, it was like someone just mopped the room all the time. My children even got sick because of the moisture in that room 321! Not recommended, However, my sister stayed in the double queen room with her children and they had no issues, the room was dry, huge and it looked just like the photos.

When I checked in I had to wait for them to tell me my room number something about housekeeping. Also the pool water was cloudy looking. Oh and the elevator was super slow and noisy. Other than that everything else was good.

We were stuck in Florida due to hurricane Debby by an extra 3 days. We were only at this hotel 1night as it was really not a great experience. The front desk staff was very short and unkind. They were not very helpful and overall the whole experience was disappointing. Only 1 elevator was working. Breakfast was not great and as we were trying to get our breakfast they were literally pulling the food away. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all

I didn’t like my room smelled like a cat or dog with mildew was there !!! My clock in my room had the wrong time and I couldn’t change it! It was a little bit dull with the lights on! Only one elevator worked! Super inconvenient during high traffic times for the elevator especially check out ….

I did not like the parking and the back of the building was a little dark for my personal comfort. The breakfast also could have been better.

It felt dingey inside. And hot. There isn’t transportation to the airport before 6 am. Our room had a dirty bed. It smelled musty.

Excellent location, it was very conveinent and close to the Dania Beach mall, Supermarket, I-95. The hotel was clean and breakfast was great. One of the elevator malfunctioned and cause a bit of hassle. Otherwise, it's great to stay here.

Room in poor condition and extremely humid. A/C not working properly. Water pressure so low, taking a shower took me 10 minutes
