Staff were nice. Food in restaurant was average at best. The hotel smelled like the restaurant.

Great people and friendly staff. The room is okay but could have used a more black-out drapes instead of the standard tanslucent ones. The bathroom is a little messy as the drain in the toilet seat part doesn't have mats so when you take a shower, it spills all over the area.

Their TV is not user friendly .............................

Loved the place. Newer. I wish our accommodation included fridge. If they could leave instructions on how to operate the tv and the box + list of tv guides/channels, would be better. All hotels in Cebu I've been to has instructions for these devices. Makes a traveler calmer and not frustrated on trying to turn the cable on, right? Turned out there was a response delay when you try to turn the tv on, like minutes delay; so wasn't sure if our tv was broken or the remote batteries were. We don't need such stress. In my 6 weeks of vacation, I checked in to 8 different hotels US and Philippines combined, and I always turn the tv on after the main switch.

Nice place in a good location.

My family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I like their spacious family room and their comfortable bed and pillows. The room and bathroom is clean. Water pressure and hotness of the shower is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. We like the daily breakfast served daily and my kids love their pancakes. The hotel is close to Trinoma and so very convenient to shop. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

With great location, courteous staff, and well-designed rooms, the hotel can be considered as the best place to stay for business trips in Quezon City. The hotel, however, needs to improve their breakfast choices.

This hotel is less than a year old and it is very clean based on my standard. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is really good in taste and portions. The rooms are of decent size although some fixtures like a writing desk and a chair would be nice to have. The lighting in the room I stayed in was bit dim and could use some really good bright led bulbs to brighten the rooms a bit more. I like the laundry service which is priced reasonably and they could deliver it to you within 24 hours if you request for it. The rooms have slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrush whic is great if you forgot to bring them. In checking in, just make sure you have a copy of the email confirmation sent to you by expedia. For some reason they do not have my reservation when i checked but the email helped them find my reservation.

Good overnight stay on a quiet place in kalayaan avenue quezon city

Staff was polite and helpful. The parking is super convenient. Room was pretty basic but it more than sufficed. Overall my stay was great except one con. Everytime i enter my room (when I first got there and after a long day outside), the air smelled a bit stagnant. After an hour of cycling the ac it was fine though. I suggest getting air fresheners if it's bothersome.

I was charged 1000 pesos for smoking in my room which I was notified earlier that smoking is not allowed in the room
