Breakfast with biscuits ,boiled eggs and gravy allong with pasties and cereal.

It was comfortable and AC worked great.

Excellent place but the water pressure was non existent. That may have been the stage 2 water restrictions in new braunfels. Otherwise, it was great.

I rented 4 rooms for a family vacation. I arrived around 5am so I pay a whole night for all rooms instead of an early arrival fee with no problem. They had NO keys so they had to open the rooms for us until later on that day & we didn’t complaint at all even though that was inconvenient for us. We get to the rooms & they all have a horrible smell like humidity but it was late and we were trying to sleep. when we get to closing the curtains we noticed they had blood and still no complaints from us because honestly the guy that was there during the night was pretty nice and we felt bad but the next day when the manager was there she immediately tried attacking us because of our service dog. We left & left her behind because my poor dog broke her leg and we didn’t want to put her through all that. She calls me and left a voicemail saying she went in our rooms and found our dog that we needed to keep her with us at all times due to policy & that we needed to go get her to avoid getting fine. We immediately head back (mind you we were already in the water park) we made in back in exactly 30mins & tells us she already gave us the $250 fine. I tried asking her why if the voicemail clearly says if we went back to get her we weren’t getting fine she acts like a total rude person not trying to be understanding of our dogs broken leg and says we are lucky we didn’t get fine for each room since our dog was in 2 rooms with us which obviously she was I rented 4 rooms why would she not be w

Hotel room was clean. I didn't see anything that i thought was dirty except for on the nightstand it looked like something was dropped and no one cleaned it off. I took care of it with a quick wipe down. The bed was really comfortable. There was no loud noise despite being close to highway. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and had plenty of food options. I would stay here again.

I didn’t like the smell that the whole hotel has I don’t return back

The pictures did not Exactly look like the room. The bottom of our bed looked dirty and torn. There is no shower curtain and the shower pressure is insane. The entire bathroom gets wet. They wouldn’t give us more towels without trading the towels but there weren’t enough towels to fry the floors and ourselves.

We were in town to go to Schlitterbahn. It started out rough because the room we were originally in on the 4th floor was moldy and the bathroom sink had spit in it. Also, the room across and beside of us were wide open with the sheets stripped and on the floor along with the dirty towels. It looked like the cleaning crew said eff it, we're done and just left. The room smelled terrible. We were switched to a different room on the 2nd floor and it was much better. My complaint is #1 they should have never put anyone in that moldy room #2 Why were the other guest rooms wide open with dirty linens on the floor? On addition, there is no cleaning service on weekends, so if you want clean towels you have to bring them your dirty ones. I have never seen this at a hotel before. You weee also only allowed 2 towels. That meant we had to being them dirty towels everyday which is ridiculous. I am on vacation tryin to relax. Breakfast was pretty decent. However, I will not return to this hotel again.

Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. At checkout the customer service rep asked how our stay was and we told them about the room smelling. She apologized and said they had been working on it and offered $40 off our total bill. They also called immediately after to checkout to let us know we left a charger. Very nice and considerate of the staff.

hotel could use a 2nd elevator, new towels and a little upgrade on breakfast

It was as so noisy, that we had trouble sleeping.. banging norm the floor above.

The only thing i have is that our bed was squeaky and our AC had some kind of noise and couldn't sleep at night cause of that.

The front desk staff was very nice. I read reviews about the breakfast being bad. I enjoyed the breakfast. There were a lot of fresh options as well as typical items you’d find at any hotel breakfast. My biggest issue is I woke up twice I the night to a big crawling on me. No visible bugs during the day, but not a fun find when I’m sleeping. I don’t enjoy finding anything white on fabrics. See pic below. I liked that the room was carpet free. I could hear every word my neighbor spoke while in the bathroom. I travel with a sound machine so wasn’t bothersome to my sleeping, but I understand the bad reviews for noise.

Overall great experience

The property was great! The assistant manager at the property saved the day because Orbitz failed to send them our reservation even though Orbitz collected the entire cost of the room! I do NOT recommend using Orbitz to anyone. I had to spend over 3.5 hours on the phone before I got my refund!

Easy fast check in. Room was. Dry clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but would have like more of a variety to eat. We were there 2 days and it was the same every day. There could be more tables and chairs but it was a holiday weekend. Overall the stay was great!

This hotel is terrible. The staff looks so unhappy, over worked, over stressed, and has very little support. Housekeeping is only every 3 days, you are not allowed new towels unless you bring your towels downstairs and there may or may not be anymore available because house keeping is sparse. (We used our beach towels that we brought with us.) Breakfast offered very little in what looked appealing. I would never stay here again nor recommend to anyone I liked.

The room was very dirty. There were long strands of dark hair all throughout the bedding and in the bathroom. Had to get a clean set of bedding to make the bed myself. There was also a huge blob of hair on the dirty laminate floor that was clearly not cleaned. The fridge was broken and the tv had lines down the front from damage. I will never stay or recommend this hotel. Should be called a motel.

The location was awesome but the walls are thin in room so if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place to stay or bring your ear plugs.

Absolutely terrible. Expedia and Country Inn and Suites couldn’t get on the same page. The front desk at the hotel couldn’t find our reservation and was no help at all in resolving the issue. Expedia tried contacting the hotel and was not able to get a response for an hour. Since we didn’t receive a response from Country Inn and Suites, Expedia booked us a hotel elsewhere and upgraded our room. We were met with a friendly and helpful front desk at our new hotel.

Was told I needed to bring used towels down to receive new towels. You could tell that the floors weren't swept or mopped prior to our arrival and I found popcorn in the cabinet.
