Great resort. Super clean, amazing staff. Food was great, rooms were comfortable. All we could have asked and hoped for in a resort.

Very quiet resort. Some areas under construction. Staff was wonderful! Free transportation to market.

Food was excellent, varied and with a mix of local and international cuisines. Property was clean and well maintained throughout. Free shuttle service to Marrakesh, about 25 minutes or so, was excellent and an easy way to see the city. Staff are hit and miss, some are great and very friendly, attentive and can't do enough for you. Some are overly formal, blunt in some cases and unhelpful. On bars and towards end of meal times staff were short so getting some things could be slow. Cutlery for instance, or coffee at breakfast. Pool bar is great, but for some reason only ever has 1 member of staff which causes very slow service at busier times. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would recommend for the all inclusive relaxation with an opportunity to visit Marrakesh should you want to.

Cleanliness, staff and excellent food

The hotel is very nice and the staff are fantastic. Very peaceful and beautiful gardens and pool area. It is in the middle of nowhere! There is a free shuttle to the medina which is fantastic. The food is not great and the drink options are very limited - the cocktails are very weak and poor quality. The staff are incredibly friendly and lovely, especially if you attempt to say a few words in Arabic. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay but were disappointed with the food and drink - a bit tricky when it is All Inclusive and no other options.

The hotel is spotless, it is located in a remote area so if you want to go anywhere you will have to take a taxi, or use the free shuttle into Marrakech, but we knew this when we booked and wanted to be out of the City and enjoy tranquility. The bedroom was again spotless, great size and the bed super comfortable. The pool areas are great, plenty of beds, one pool is lively and the entertainment is based from there, the other is quieter. The Spa is well served and the treatment options extensive, I can honestly say that the masssge I had there was the best I have ever experienced! The food is of great quality and variety in the buffet restaurant. We didn’t get to eat in the Al a carte but heard good things. The snack bar was of poor quality when we ate there, and the service poor. The burger was not cooked through and the chicken sandwich tasted of tuna and likely to have been sliced using a dirty knife. The service is the one thing that lets the hotel down and sets it aside from other 5 star hotels. The staff are not very attentive, often ignoring you when you want to order a drink at the dinner table and on one occasion, the waiter cleared our table when my Husband and I went to get dessert. I understand that some guests are rude (and drunk) and I didn’t see much evidence of tipping going on but there is no excuse for rudeness in hospitality. Overall, a good stay, would consider returning but just be mindful of inferior service.

I just wasn’t impressed with the hotel. Not horrible but just kinda blah. The room was ok as well as the hotel grounds. More wide open spaces with little foliage to give character. Disappointing beverage choices for the all inclusive package. Food was decent but not overly impressive. I was expecting 4 star plus. It’s more like 3 star so if you’re looking for close to 5 star this is not it.

The hotel is accredited as 5 star. However, the facilities are a bit shabby for a 5 star hotel. Apart from the main lobby area, lobby bar, buffet restaurant/ breakfast area, the communal areas were in need of some maintenance. For example, there was no light outside our suite. The light being motion activated was not working. The corridor to our room was very dark in the evenings with the light only coming from an adjacent light that we activated by walking past our room in the dark. We stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and there was climate control A/C with cable TV. The staff were not especially friendly and not attentive. We booked a taxi transfer from the airport through the hotel via email. We were collected by a driver. We were later informed that we must pay the driver in cash. We then had to exchange some GB pounds to pay the driver in Moroccan Dirhams. This was inconvenient as we expected to pay using our credit card. We booked another transfer back to the airport. We exchanged some cash and were told to pay the hotel staff. When we arrived at the airport to leave, the driver told us to pay him. We had to remonstrate with him and eventually resolved the issue by the driver calling the hotel. This was not professional. We stayed as all inclusive guests with our breakfast, lunch and dinner meals included together with our drinks. The food provided was of reasonable and variable quality. A disappointed stay.

Ok stay. Certainly not a 5-star hotel which was very disappointing. Customer service needs work, some staff members were incredibly rude. Requested a twin room on booking, turned up to a double and was challenged when asked to move, Not what i expect from a customer service perspective. A lot of food was inedible at the buffet so ate out most nights. Marrakech in general was beautiful, and exceeded all expectations.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. The facilities are excellent. One criticism... a better choice of vegetarian food would be good, the choices available were scattered among the other dishes with mixing of spoons, which is far from ideal

Very nice hotel, clean, staff is extremely friendly, food is good, we had a very nice stay. We enjoyed the animations around the pool and massages at the spa.

Good all inclusive hotel. Bar could do with staying open till 2am, other than that, no complaints, staff are very friendly and professional.

This Hotel is lovely. It's very clean, the staff are very friendly & helpful , rooms are well maintained, spacious & have aircon. Fridge, hairdryer, patio, plenty of sockets & separate bath & shower. Perfect hotel if you want to relax as it's out of town. There's entertainment every night but it's mostly just chilled music until 10pm then sometimes a bit livelier, was expecting more engaging entertainment at night given there's absolutely nothing else to do in the evening after eating unless you get the free shuttle bus into Marrakech centre. Then it's mayhem, busy, noisy but lot's of fun ! I would recommend this Hotel if you're looking for a very relaxed stay but it's location doesn't really allow for evening walks outside, nor is there anywhere to walk to within half hour anyway. But yes, the Hotel & staff are very good 👍

It’s a nice enough property. However, it’s not 5 star. It’s very dated and at best 4 star. Buffet food is very average indeed. Lots of choice but always the same and pretty basic. Room was nice but again, it’s not 5 star as you can see the hotel needs upgrading in areas and tidied up. Staff are lovely, super helpful and it’s busy. But, bit of a time warp as it feels like going on holiday in the 80s.

This hotel is exactly as described. Rooms near the bar can be a little noisy until the bar closes so make sure you request a room away if you like early nights. Food is good with plenty of choice. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, although the manager does need to give his supervisors a boot up the bum as they often have the waiters and servers running around like headless chickens when they do very little. They could muck in and help which would give far better service to customers.

Paid for a swim up room and was put in a room at the end of the block which only got the sun from 3pm-5pm I think these rooms should be a choice and at a lower cost ! I was poured a glass of wine in the restaurant with my meal and still had half a glass when I’d finished the meal so went to take it with me to the lobby bar and head waiter came running out to me shouting you can’t take that glass over there it made me feel like I was stealing the drink.

The hotel was wonderful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and varied. There were two pools one with music and a quiet one so something for everyone. The hotel, room and grounds were spotless. Younes the concierge organised a couple of trips for us and was excellent. We had a great holiday, many thanks.

This is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. It is clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food and drink is of a good standard. The hotel also put on a free shuttle bus to and from the city centre, which is a nice touch.The bedrooms are spacious, with complimentary toiletries and water.There is a main buffet restaurant, a snack bar, a bar that serves wonderful cocktails, a sports bar and a pool bar. I will definitely be back
