Property is super old and run down I would never stay here again

We had to change to 5 different rooms the TV and a/c units didn't work, they never brought up a room key. This is a horrible place

I like the environment but they are a problem in the room. A smell that gave me a headache.

I like that it was near the ocean but I didn't like that I was next to a room who had the tv full volume and when I told the worker he ignored me. Also, there is no jacuzzi. They had issues and now its just filled with cement. The breakfast is ok. If you want to buy seperate its like $250 rd pesos so like $5 us.

the air conditioning does not work and the rooms that they show are not the reality of what you get when you arrive they do not receive credit card payments because supposedly the machine is damaged and to pay cash you have to pay the price they receive the dollar at 60 is a gotcha

This place was the worst place ever not one but twice I make it reservation and every time I got to the place they never have my room they always keep telling me same thing that the room was flooded and sending me to another hotel

This hotel should be taken of your list.They need a complete(they have 2 new rooms) remodel of this hotel and their customer service is terrible.Even know their pricing is low it’s NOT worth it.

Excellent room rate for this no frills but comfortable hotel, conveniently locate close to the Colonial Zone. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel only accepted cash payments.

Property was well established

On arrival I was told to get into a free taxi that took me to another similar hotel nearby called Renacer. Other hotel guests told me it happened to them while ago as well, so perhaps it's a long term practice. For the same money I was booked there. Decent local budget hotel with swimming pool and little kitchen serving breakfast and other meals as well as beers. Room was clean although AC condensation was dripping on the floor. Overall very good value for money and close walking distance to Colonial City.

states on the website that they accept credit cards. i assume that this service because the Pandemic should be always available. regretfully the service is not available and it is several months already like that.

I had a very good week there. The place was nicely clean. They need more breakfast varieties though.

It's a good location, near the some food places and the coast. Thus, I dislike that their pool isn't functioning

Close to Everything in Santo DOMINGO.The hotel is located at the center of the City yet quiet.

Everything was dirty and neglected, bathroom, the blankets, the floor, there was a bad smell like a water filtration problem, was horrible.

Arrived at 1am and my reserved unit wasn’t available. There was no communication nor heads up prior to arrival. Horrible experience

I liked that the staff was bilingual and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The check in was smooth, as well as the check out.

Aquí solo se puede venir si es de paso y no pienses que vas a poder dormir y descansar, el lugar es muy viejo no lo remodelan solo se paga en efectivo si quisieras hielo en cualquier momento ni te moleste en pedirlo, desde las 7 de la mañana comienzan las estrelladeras de puertas, la risa, la conversaciónes, y el gallinero que forman los de recepción y los de limpieza, esto es diario de 7 de la mañana a 5 o 6 de la tarde en los pasillos, creo que deberían ser más respetuosos con los clientes que son los que gastan su dinero rentando aquí pensando que por lo menos van a tener descaso y no es así
