really liked the location and the staff

Staff was not professional. Locked us out of our room bc we didn’t have a credit card on file after we had called in and told them we were paying cash and it was fine.

The hotel was very comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions. It’s within walking distance to the falls, a lot of attractions and close to the local transportation system.

Pool was out of Service for several months, we were not made aware until the day of travel. Stairs and elevator had a bad odor. Room was overall clean, staff was friendly. Where hotel was located seemed a bit rundown.

I was u happy due to when I booked the room I picked the one w a tub, it was a bigger room also but they gave me one w out tub, u didn’t want smoking & they gave me smoking. We went for the pool and it was closed all that wk. the lady at the desk said when booking w 3rd party they don’t tell u that but they tell them to. But I looked online to book directly w the hotel & it does not state the pool is closed anywhere on their site. However it is a mean lace an hood location. I was just aggravated I didn’t get what I paid for

We loved it.

Pool was down the entire stay-no discount. Asked for room service, did not receive. Needed soap on first night then toilet paper. They did not pay enough attention for a $300/night stay.

The pool was closed , there was no real gym . No toiletries besides shampoo and conditioner. No coffee, creamers or cups in the room. Charging ports in the room were both broken. The rooms were not soundproof and it was noisy well into the wee hours of the night .

Good location, quiet. The availability of transit to the Falls was non existant. The availability of food was lacking and the hotel prices un dining and drinks was way high

The room was not that clean, the lamp bulb was not working, there's mosquito's or a bed bug that beaten me up, the bathroom hasn't clean that good, I'm sad because I looked up a few hotels around the area and it's our first time to visit Niagara Falls but the inside it couldn't be as it nice at the outside. Charge to experiences I guess!

Beds were the absolute worst. So uncomfortable. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were pretty clean but had to ask for towels and bed lining for the sleeper sofa. Not sure I would stay here again.

This hotels pool isn't working and if you purchase breakfast with your stay better make sure you got it for everyone and not just one person in your room like they did me then had to pay 42$ for 2 breakfast to be added to my room... and the Starbucks drink I got was way too sweet and made by someone who obviously didnt know how to make it .. tased nothing like a white chocolate mocha...and coffe with cream was made like a latte.. also not correct...

I didn’t like the fact that the pool was closed 😞

The hotel and staff was very nice! However, very limited dining options and a lot of vacant lots around the property.

Rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating from the front desk to housekeeping.

I booked the property because it had a pool. Upon arranging we seen a sign saying the pool was closed. I went to address the issue with the staff. They had to call a manger because they didnt have one on site. They rolf me i had to stay one night but then cancel and they can refund the second night. They said i needed to call Travelocity and met them handle it. Upon speaking with a Travelocity agent she called the hotel and was told to email them and they will hear back by 9 am the next day. So the agent told me to go ahead and leave the hotel. Which i did 30 minute from arriving and i got a different hotel. The hotel is refusing a refund because they said i got an email on may 3rd that the pool was closed. i NEVER GOT AN EMAIL. Travelocity has tried to help but its been a nightmare. When i was waiting to even check in the lady at the counter was telling an employee that sunday had 40 check outs and none of them better be late because she wasnt dealing with it. Very unprofessional.

No breakfast provided. Parking is for a charge and everything’s at a higher price than normal.

Property is about 10 min walk from the falls. Rooms are huge and comfy with guest laundry and a Starbucks in the lobby.

Upon arrival, there was a sign informing guests that the pool was not operational and we had to wait at the front desk since staff was absent. When we got to the room it was extremely cold. The hotel had very few guests and the location was far away from the main attractions downtown. We checked out only after an hour or two because it was so disappointing.

Mostly quiet. Sucked the price was so high and you still had to pay for the breakfast, and the breakfast was limited and expensive from the bistro. The room smelled a little musty, and the air conditioner took forever to blow cold air and cool the room off. No fan in the bathroom and low water pressure.. other than that it wasn't too bad. Not in the best side of town, but could be worse.

Wonderful hotel rooms were spacious and clean and beds were comfortable

Convenient location close to the casino. Had another hotel not work out and booked a room here in a pinch and it did the job. The bathroom and pull out bed were pretty dirty and there was dirt up the walls even towards the high ceilings. Overall the hotel was pretty nice and quiet, just maybe needs some better house keeping.
