Had a very comfortable stay! Everything was very nice and clean.

The staff was rude! We took 2 service dogs and showed proof of service but were still charged $250 pet fee. Will not be back!

The overall stay was great. Everything was in great condition. The only issue and concern I had was we kept finding injection needles around the bed which tells me they are not cleaning that area well. And the shower had a hard time draining so that’s not being cleaned. How thorough are they really being and is everything being cleaned and sanitized. The breakfast was decent, service was good. Look and comfort were great.

Nice big rooms for our family of seven. We had adjoining rooms as well. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was very good.

We had no complaints about the stay. We knew what we were getting when we booked. We were in town for a funeral and wanted to be close to events and airport. Everything was a 15-20 minute drive. We would normally have booked in a cute town or in downtown Cincinnati where you can walk everywhere, but this hotel met our needs this time.

The toilet backed up and I told the front desk on my way out. When I returned 6 hours later it was still stopped up. When in bed and looking up at the ceiling, you see the ceiling pealing off, Will not stay at that hotel ever

My room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet all night; whether or not there were people in neighboring rooms I couldn't tell. The person at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

After a rough few nights at another Choice property in TN, this was a welcome change. Clean property, comfortable room, and a real breakfast that had something fit for a diabetic!!!! Would definitely recommend!

The room was large, clean and well maintained. We did a same day check-in due to the need to relocate from another Florence hotel due to filthy conditions, and the staff were very friendly, and check in was quick and easy.

Very large room. A lot of space. But guest in room next to mine was smoking in thier room and smell was coming into our bathroom through vent in my bathroom ceiling. I told front desk about it. You could smell smoke in the hall way on whole floor but nothing was done about it smoker continued to smoke for three out of four nights of my stay
