The food great but the customer and the bar were below standards. The beach was beautiful.

The beach is amazing, the Italian restaurant was great at the buffet the food was great and we find Roberto to be the most a tentative person in the buffet area he will go to get your latte next door and more 👍 The room need work we had two rooms and not satisfied with them, the property is beautiful but needs better management.

We had the swim out pool and loved it. The food was great. The only complaint was staff. Many were pleasant- others gave a vibe of not wanting to be there and like I was bothering them. Guess can’t win them all. But overall the experience was good.

We stayed at this property for 1 night. When we checked in we were told that the property had three a la carta restaurants and that we needed reservations for dinner. I attempted to make reservations and I was told reservations were not available and only one of the three restaurants was open. I checked in at 12 pm they charge me a fee for checking in early but didn’t bother to make sure i had dinner reservations. After going into our room we had no running water for about 30 min. After requesting a late check out i was also charge another even after going through the previous problems. Bad service wouldn’t recommend to any customer.

Wouldn’t go here ever or suggest it to anyone . This resort is one big money grab and careless about its guess. Check in is at 3 pm. I arrived at 4:30 pm and the line was a mile long . It took me 45 minutes to get checked in . After I am given a brief tour and I’m pointed to where I can go to make reservations for the restaurants I go and it’s open from 9 am to 1 pm which makes no sense since check in is at 3 pm. So I missed out on a night of restaurant since it closes at 1 pm. I go to my room in pack and head to the pool. They only had one bartender so it took long to get my drinks. I get I the pool and at 6:50 pm we are told pools are closing . Next day I wake up go to the buffet go to trade my card for a towel and I am told it is closed . You can get towels from 9 am to 12 pm. After that it reopens at 3 pm . Things just made no sense here at all . The beer club was cool though

Overall good

It was okay at best. Food was not very good. From the display to the style to the taste and freshness, none of it was good. It was on the clean side. Could use a few updates and beach could have been cleaner.

Beautiful beach! At the resort staff was rude except the bartenders and the food was cold at the buffets.

The hotel staff is great and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food is great and always well spiced. It would be nice if this property had another bar in the lobby area and if they would invest in carrying higher quality liquor including international drinks.

Menu could be better.

The buffet food was mediocre at it best, the food at the restaurants you have to reserve in advance was ok, the Oregano restaurant was the best, there is absolutely no drinks on the bars that you can enjoy, the worse piña colada I ever had in my life, the color was a dark white, I stay on the room with a swim out pool, they cleaned it every day, they did a good job in that respective area.

The Good: Clean room, comfy bed and pillows, renovated bathroom, friendly staff. Not so good: Entertaiment, shows were kind of boring. Buffet with limited choices. Bad: I arrived to the hotel at 2:00pm after a long road trip from Santo Domingo the family was tired and hungry. We were informed that we had to wait until 3:00 pm to have access to the hotel facilities or pay $10 per person in order to eat. First time after visiting many all inclusive resorts in DR and Cancun... I paid the money, by the way, no receipt.

The food is acceptable. There should be more supervision on the room set up to receive new guest. There was not toilet paper upon arrival.

Dining is so limited and has no variety. I was there for 4 days and the meals were the exact same every day and the restaurants have limited reservation. Also the entertainment in the resort was bad. They did the exact same activities all days and I mean EXACTLY the same music same routine by the third day no one was participating anymore bc they had done it already. Also staff was just walking into our room without knocking, the swim up bar was not available and they do not allow you to take food out of the dining room so when I wasn’t feeling well my partner could not bring me food to our room. Lastly the time share people are bugging you every single day, we eventually had to give in for them to stop approaching us so much and all we got was a 10min massage that wasn’t even worth it. Overall for the price we paid we could’ve gone to a bigger chain and felt like it was money well spent.

The service in general was excellent Especially, I would like to stand out the service provided by Celine at the front desk

The resort could use a lot of work. The rooms are freezing with the AC not being able to be lowered. Food options often would run out. Reservations were impossible to make. The only pluses were the beautiful beach and the pool was ok.
