Nice, clean property. Did not think it appropriate to be charged for parking in a non-urban area with a huge parking lot.

It was a good stay but when we checked in, I couldn’t get the room I paid for- room with 2 queen beds, so my daughter and I had to share a bed. They blamed it on hotels.com- saying your system doesn’t coordinate with theirs.

I could hear the people above me walking all night. The bathroom had hair everywhere when I checked in.

Room I booked was not available when checking in, so was given a smaller room. They didn’t seem to care since it was being comped. Valet was horrible and not organized. I waited almost a half hour for my car, and there was no communication when they couldn’t find my car and just put my keys on their stand and helped others while my boyfriend and son waited. All around an horrible experience and I will never book there again. Maybe have the website stop showing more rooms then you have at your hotel so people don’t get screwed over!!!!

My room had a bad funky smell so I was upgraded to another room which had the same smell but not as strong. I think it was the duvet covers. The front desk person was kind enough to rectify the matter for me. Thank you.

This was by far the best Home2Suites property I have ever stayed in. It was very quiet. We were not disrupted by other guests with thin walls like other locations. Also, the rooms had sufficient window coverings and door coverings for a perfectly dark sleeping environment. The staff was very helpful and kind. The entire hotel was very clean and full of great amenities for me and my family.

The door had issues closing and opening. Maintenance fixed it on the first day- but after one night it continued to have problems. I contacted the front desk three times about it and nobody came to fix it for the remainder of our stay. We had to slam the door shut and push it open to even get it to budge. It’s a nice hotel overall just needed some really good cleaning and updates. My pillows were yellow.

Everything was good except for the bathroom. We had a suite. The bathroom was huge but the door to the bedroom didn’t close all the way or lock. The fancy shower took some time to figure out.

The hotel was very clean, current and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the pillows were small and not firm. That could be personal liking but I needed several pillows to be able to lay comfortably.

I did like that the rooms were spacious and loved the mini kitchen. I didn’t like the constant constant noise of kids running on the floor above us and through the hallways. I didn’t like that you can hear full conversations of the rooms next to us. The constant slamming of the doors. The beds are not that comfortable. In fact they’re uncomfortable. The people smoking outside in the back lobby area and the elevators smelling of smoke and I’m pretty sure I will not be returning.
