This was a two night get away. The hotel was wonderful, comfortable, clean, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast was terrific.

Great stay. Would book again. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy. Quick valet service. Nice breakfast. Loved the roof top bar. Only thing I wouldn’t rate a 10/10 would be the room cleanliness. I would give that 8/10. Wasn’t dirty by any means but not perfectly clean. Table was a little sticky.

We planned a one night stay at this hotel but ended up staying another night due to bad weather. The staff was excellent in helping us extend our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were safe and comfortable.

Love this hotel! Really not a single negative about the entire experience. Super nice staff, great location and very clean. Will always choose this lodging when in Wilmington! Really love the rooftop bar - the view there on the river is incredible!

We stayed for a concert at Live Oak which was in walking distance. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well. I will definitely stay again.

I thought the Hotel was average, cleaning wasn't very good. Room wasn't cleaned at check in. We had to call to front office for proper clean. Very disappointed because we always stay embassy on vocations.

Location, comfort and friendliness of the staff could not have been better. Only (2) issues were parking daily rates, elevators can be quite confussing 0ne only serves Top floor lounge, you can only access the lounge from the ground floor.

Everything met my expectations
We like the the free complementary drinks, starbucks in the hotel was pleasant aswell. The breakfast was okay, the view was pretty nice. Unfortunately the room next to us had some people who sounded drunk and they were making alot of noise and i couldn’t really sleep but i know that is not the hotels responsibility. I would recommend staying here it was an okay stay.

It’s not worth the money. The clientele leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is not professional and low rate. A lot of corners were cut on the interior furniture. Overall sense of cheapness permeated the property. Not worth the price the charge. Ac was purposely turned off in the hallway and elevators. The pool is gross and low budget. Pretty much a Best Western. Might be nice for some class of people but not me. The tub and floors were dirty.
