Would Stay again

I booked a stay in Kissimmee which was close to our event and last minute we were shunted out to Davenport which was much farther away. The Wi-Fi barely worked and there was almost no cell service around the property. All of the pillows were pancake flat and terrible. Property could have been much cleaner. Overall I disliked the entire process of working with this host.

No issues, kitchen well equipped, great ac, pool and clubhouse were good. Would rent from them again.

A nice villa, although needs a freshen up as some of the decor is quite dated. The Villa quite far out from the Disney area (40 minute drive)

I loved how every room had its own full bathroom and they replied promptly and fixed the problem

It’s was an amazing stay, very clean and secured. My kids LOVE the pool in the house and the resort pool at the entrance. It’s highly recommended.

The home is ideal for spending time in the Miami area. You will need a car to get around, but access via the motorways to the parks is very easy. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable.Great facilities.highly recommended. I hope to return.

The stay was comfortable and fit very well for a family. It was clean and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The property owners were attentive and communicative.

We highly recommend this home rental. Excellent communication with Joyce & Ivor. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Was well kept and clean. Quiet area where home is located. The pool was great and having it heated is an extra charge keep in mind. I have to say the bottom of the pool had some area’s where it was sharp and a few of us had little cuts on our toes. We went out and purchased pool shoes and that fixed the issue! Home was stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cups. Would certainly stay here again and of course recommend it to our friends and family.

It had pool and hot tub but it was $100 to heat them if worked. The heat and air were both broken. The pans were poor condition and some cabinets. Uncomfortable beds. Screens on patio ripped. For what I paid except better went and stayed at resort last 2 days.


Although it’s a nice home, we’re extremely disappointed with the cleanliness.  There are bugs, cobwebs, dirt on the floors & corners of the floors, toilets are dirty, batteries missing from the TV remote controls, trash in the front yard, etc.  The home looks very unmaintained from the outside.  We were not happy.  Very misleading from what was advertised on Expedia.

My family enjoyed staying at this property. It was a safe a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the home owners was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean place. The furniture just needs updating and the listing should say Davenport not Kissimmee. Other than that, I would stay there again.

We love staying at Joyce and Ivor’s properties. This is our 3rd or 4th time staying and it has been pleasurable. The pool is amazing. They communicate very fast. The properties are just great and they always go above and beyond.

Very beautiful home a little out dated but to be expected since is probably rented out a lot . Plenty of space for the whole family and some.

The second bathroom had urine on the seat despite having a sanitized wrapper on the seat. The vertical blinds were damaged in the master and did not prevent people from seeing into the bedroom. The beds were horrible and left all of us in severe pain. Carpet was stained all over. Overall condition of the home shows serious need of repairs. Refrigerator handle was broken and difficult to open.

The property is older, there are some real issues with the inside of the property, the master bath had a pocket door the groaned because of track issues, the frame around is rotted. There is rot and damage through out the inside. The master shower had mold in, around and on the shower surfaces that would lift while in the shower. Property is significantly outdated with appliances, notice states not to lower the thermostat below 77 or unit will freeze and you will be charged if the ac needs service. $100 if the plumbing has issues. The house we got was beautiful inside. The house was clean and ready for us. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and hopefully I can stay there again

But overall liked the house and having the pool there. My daughter loved the bedrooms with the twin beds and bathroom were themed . The queen bed was loud and not the most comfortable but overall was a nice house to stay in for our time in Florida.

The home was clean it was in a nice area however when i booked the property on Expedia the post stated homes in Kissimmee and when they finally sent me the address of the property it was in Davenport. I was informed I would get the address & instructions 5 days before my vacation and its 4 days before and I had to contact the seller to get my instructions for the home and address and it was then that I was informed the home was not in Kissimmee it was in Davenport. When I asked the seller why the home was in a different city he got upset with and stated he is sick of people asking him that and doesn't know why Expedia has the wrong info. He then stated that if I wanted to cancel (again 4 days before my vacation) he would cancel it with a fee The seller was not very friendly. The rules of the home were way too much. You had to replace absolutely everything that you used in the home. They gave you 2 garbage bags and if you used more you would get charged. I have never rented a vacation home or a hotel where I had to replenish the toilet paper and soaps. If for any reason they were bugs in the home which they stated would happen typically in Florida then you were charged if had somebody had to come out and exterminate. I'm there for a week if there's bugs in that home they were there before I got there. Thank God there were no bugs however how can you put that on me.
