No complementary water, limited parking, poor breakfast - at 830am all glasses and cutlery were gone and almost all food.
Room was big, but nothing special. Elevator slow and ISO 9001 certificate displayed throughout the hotel expired in 2021...

Really lovely and beautiful hotel.
Staff were really helpful.
Arranged transfers cheaper than Hoppa allowed late check out until 2pm.
It’s near embassy and we felt safe. Allowed breakfast to be taken to our rooms .
Walking distance to the main square and shopping .
Doesn’t have a spa or gym, although another site does.
WiFi wasn’t great in the rooms, used hotspot from roaming

Nice hotel close to the main square (around 10 mins walk). The only concern is that I mentioned during check in that I won’t be able to attend breakfast because I’m traveling early in the morning so they said they will prepare a box for me, apparently they forgot and gave me a very poor meal. A hotel with this quality should have better service. And i received no perks of the VIP access except and small bottle of Proseco.

Perfect, everything was as expected. Plenty of space in a room and in bathroom. Main disadvantage is a lack of parking spaces. You have to leave a car in front of the hotel, leave the car keys at the reception and then they move your car if necessary.
Suggestion to hotel management: install self service coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant.

Stayed here for 3 nights on 3rd floor. Liked it. Breakfast is OK, efficient and friendly service from waitress too. The hotel attracts a good quality of guest, no noisy or inconsiderate people whilst i was there. Some traffic noise at night though but slept quite well.

The location, cafe, and cleanliness of the room were all great. But what made the stay particularly great was the staff. Every person I dealt with was warm, friendly, and helpful. Especially Endi at the front desk who pre-arranged every taxi I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious and confortable rooms in the embassy area of Tirana, 10-15 minutes walk from Skenderbey statue and Orthodox cathedral. Parking in front of the hotel

I arrived around midnight to the hotel, in my room it was 28 degrees and the ax took more then two hours to cool the room down. Breakfast is very limited in options and I had a lunch at the restaurant one of the days which didn’t taste good and I left half of it.
A part from that, location is good and the standard of the room was decent.

We found this hotel to be in a great location, easily found places to eat around the streets. Also enjoyed coffee and drinks at the hotel bar. We were really impressed with the size of the room. And the bathroom facilities. Thoroughly recommend this for staying in Tirana

Amazing experience everyone in the hotel were very friendly especially the lady in the reception very cooperative smiling breakfast was great rooms are clean and location was very very convenient.

Very spacious, clean room. The hotel is walking distance to Skanderbeg Square. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly front desk people, and helpful personnel.
