Lied about us not contacting them for a shuttle then told us theres no available driver i paid for a twim bed got a single bathroom was cramped shower was cold hand soap dried my hands the included breakfast had no vegan options nor did they try to acomodate for my dietery restrictions overall bad experience gaslighting and unhelpful staff would not recommend as an extended stay only use as last option

We had late night flights into Guatemala City before heading into Antigua the next day. We arranged airport pickup and the driver and hotel were very accommodating to our late night flights with multiple delays. The included breakfast was delicious and all of the staff are kind and courteous.

The service from this hotel is top notch. It’s more of smaller bed and breakfast but they went above and beyond for me. I arranged for airport pickup and drop off. My incoming flight kept getting delayed. I kept communicating with Sergio from the hotel and he kept acknowledging that the taxi will pick me up from the airport. Well my flight was delayed once again, for a delay total of 5hrs, and Sergio himself picked me up from the airport because the driver had to go home. Breakfast is included. Everyone was so kind.

Very cute hotel close to the airport. Staff was great and transportation to and from the airport was included. It is in a gated hotel area behind a courtyard type wall so very secure.

I liked everything about it, except that my patio door did not have a lock that worked.

Quant spot close to the airport excellent service and rooms

Great place, very safe, and the check in/check out process is easy. Transportation to and from the airport is provided. Breakfast is also provided and is delicious. We experienced a lot of ants in the room. Shower water is hot for about three minutes and then turns cold. Room stays pretty hot depending on the temperature outside.

Nice B&B - about 1 mile from the airport - in a gated neighborhood. Felt safe. Free shuttle back & forth from the airport - depending on the time. Otherwise, it's $15. When someone in our party became sick, they contacted doctors and they came immediately. This was included in the price for some reason. They helped us find the medicine and also with getting meals delivered to us (wonderful chicken.) Breakfast was very good. They do charge for some extras (extra cup of coffee, printing our boarding pass, bottled water.) They took us to the airport when the shuttle didn't arrive in time. They were great in communicating with us beforehand. They got their TV to work, so we could watch the Super Bowl (pretty much 1 channel; however, the WIFI was a little sketchy. We had to use our phone as a hotspot for the tablet.) We were happy with the service and location. If we go to Guatemala City again, we would stay here.

Amazing, magical place. We were here for my son's wedding. It was beautiful and the service was amazing. Everyone was very kind and respectful. Since this used to be an old monastery/convent, it's like staying in an old museum that's being constantly renovated. It's 3/4 outdoors/open air with parrots and beautiful trees and landscaping, and 1/4 indoors. We loved relaxing & using the Spa. We had a wonderful couples massage and stayed the whole day at the Spa. Another day, I had a classic facial (which hurt a lot) - I would get a different type next time - however, used the Spa for many hours that day, as well. The service at the hotel was amazing; the food was very good. Make sure you always understand the hotel pricing, though. We had some problems with getting charged for something that there was a misunderstanding about (maybe due to language?) I understood the facial to be $45 & found out later it was $92. (I had wanted a basic facial & the classic one has painful exfoliation that I didn't need.) Also confusion about the public pool, sauna, & jacuzzi (free to hotel guest) vs using the spa for $40/day. Fortunately, we got it straightened out in time. They make their own chocolate, pasta, and candles. They suggest a number of tours & we visited Lake Atitlan for the day - another great adventure (with a live volcano nearby, as well.) I wish Guatemala wasn't so far away, or I would come here on an annual basis. This hotel should be on a bucket list.

Loved this hotel so much. It’s so beautiful!! Only thing I’d complain about were the ants on my bedroom floor. It wasn’t so bad but still a bit discomforting. But highly recommend staying here for the experience!

Perfect place near the airport for an overnight stay. In a secured and safe area.

Garden was pretty but hotel should note on web that they do not have a/c on the rooms.

The staff were very accommodating and the room was nice

The stay as okay. The bedroom was small but what I needed for a overnight close to the airport. Good shower. Location is definetly the best thing here as it is only a few of minutes from the airport. But better to come prepared for food in the evening. It was a little noisy as well during the night.
