Very nice staff and the hotel is very nice too!

Pretty expensive Hotel in Palma with average quality. There are much better ones in the old town or cheaper hotels with same quality. Service is ok. The breakfast is not good for the price level. In total just average.

Thanks so much to Diego and Tanya for a pleasant stay and helping us to book taxis and a museum experience. They were friendly and attentive. Wonderful reception. The bed was very comfortable and 1 bottle of water was provided daily. The room has strong airconditioning, just remember to close the windows so it can turn on. The breakfast was great too. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to the amazing cathedral. The only thing is the water easily escapes from the shower to the bathroom floor. The foot towel becomes soaking wet. There is also no shelf in the shower to put your toiletries. This can be taken into account if the hotel is renovated. But I would still be happy to stay there again.

Icon Roseto is in the heart of the old city and close to sites, shops, restaurants and public transport. The Hop on Hop off was no maore than two minutes away from our hotel. Being on a side street, the hotel is very tranquil. The room was smaller than expected but the bathroom was large and pristine. The layout can seem confusing at first. The staff was outstanding. Nabil went above and beyond in assisting us.

This hotel is in full construction mode. Scaffolding all over the court yard and jack hammers and loud bangs of sledgehammers. There was no indication of this going on and the price did not reflect this inconvenience at all. When we asked about why were not informed about this we were told that they also were unaware of this happening. Which is obviously not true. The scaffolding alone would be a big job. The pool was a pile of broken concrete. The water was shut off twice and once was in the morning in the middle of trying to shower. We had to complain extensively to only be compensated by one night. Then we had to pack up and move to they’re other hotel which was a much smaller room since I originally paid for a premium room with a balcony etc and we didn’t get that in the next hotel. Also lost water in the new hotel as well. I would never recommend this hotel or the hotel tres which is the second one.

A lovely hotel with outstanding staff who were extremely friendly, extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I can’t recall all the names but much of our dealings were with May. Nice hotel, nice breakfast and very close to shopping and restaurants. Do yourself a favour and stay at this lovely hotel. Gracias

A fantastic hotel in the heart of the city, with beautiful rooms, a fabulous and delicious breakfast and the staff are so friendly. Great facilities - fridge, normal amenities, slippers provided and a nice touch of giving us a little platter after we had checked in. The roof top terrace is also brilliant. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will continue to visit and recommend it to others!

Super clean, excellent location, quiet street. This place used to be a convent so just imagine how different from all other conventional hotels. Classic but with all modern comfort. Service es super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very nice and varied to accommodate all tastes. If ever back in Palma, this is where i will stay again.

The hotel is in a prime location. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is decent, but it's the same thing every day. It gets boring if you're staying there for five nights like we did. Our hotel room was clean, but the setup was very inconvenient: a tiny little sink right next to the exit door, no sink in the bathroom, and barely any table space to place your stuff.

The property was beautiful from the breakfast terrace, to the rooftop, to the staircase entrance, and of course our room itself. The staff was friendly and helpful!
