Very pleased with our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the dining room as well as housekeeping. Greeted every time we entered the Hotel and a “Good Morning” from the breakfast staff in the dining room! The Hotel was clean, easily accessible and met all our needs for our 2 night stay!

New hotel, clean, spacious, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, walking distance to several nice restaurants and nice atmosphere. The gym looked very nice but we couldn’t use it because of limited time we had. Strongly recommend.

Just stayed one night. Everything's great for the type of hotel it is. A few restaurants within 5 minute walk. Room was very clean bed was comfortable. It's all that I was looking for.

Nice convenient hotel in a nice area of Carmel. Staff very friendly, and hotel is only a few years old. Everything looks new in room. Breakfast was good, and again staff was helpful there, too.

This hotel was super clean and comfortable

We had the worst room in what is probably a very nice hotel. Our room was on the first floor, by the exit door, staircase, and closest to the street and traffic circle. We asked for a different room at check-in but were told none were available. It was noisy into the early morning hours and it seemed like the Indy 500 was taking place just outside our window. If you are assigned a room by the street and traffic circle, beware of the road noise.

Very Clean and conveniently located

Super clean, updated, friendly staff, breakfast buffet (so yummy), closely located to everything!! We loved walking the area….very beautiful and felt extremely safe!!

I'm not sure if I just got a really terrible room and experience or if it's normally not this bad? Minor hiccup at check-in. I received three different keys that would not unlock the door upon arrival. At this point I noticed my room was on the second floor right out on the main thoroughfare. I politely mentioned that if the door is broken, can you just give me a different room? I'm a light sleeper and I noticed this one is on the street and is very loud. Front desk said no, we can't do that. We'll have a maintenance guy fix the door while you sit here and wait, also we can't get you a different room because you booked via Expedia. You have to take the room assigned to you. I explained I would even take a cheaper room, I don't care and they refused. Once I arrive into the room I immediately noticed terrible stains all over the carpet. Then I noticed a dirty used coffee cup right under the foot of the bed that was never cleaned up. Then when I went to the bathroom I saw a floor that looks like it's never been mopped. There's actually pee drip spots all in front of the toilet that have turned black because they've been there for a while. There's dirt, grime and bits of pubic hair in the corners of the bathroom and typical hard water stains and other stains throughout. It's also impossible to sleep with the traffic noise. I felt like I was in a tent on the sidewalk all night. It's extremely loud! The parking garage is not very convenient. It's kind of far away and awkward

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful - particularly with dining options and directions. The location was nice and quiet while still being near the places we were going.

We had a very large group staying (20 or so who attended college together 40 years ago) in town for a Celebration of Life and we basically took over (after being given permission) the dining area in the evening, bringing our coolers and some food so we could all be together and catch up. We all appreciated being given the go-ahead to be able to gather there. Thank you!!

The walls were sonthin that I could hear every word of a phone conversation next door. Then I could hear him snoring all night through the walls. Awful.

Expedia is the problem. Expedia cancelled my reservation and I didn’t have a room. Never will I I use Expedia again.
