Our stay at Artemis was okay

Clean hotel and friendly staff.

Artemis hotel is clean n comfortable looking with big space n high ceiling. Everything was in working condition except for the life of me, i couldn’t find the hair dryer. It was 5am as i had an early flt. Overall, it’s a good place to stay in n not so far fr the airport, barely 20 mins away that early!

Staff are friendly and accommodating.. the room is quite large.. the only drawback is the location on residential area. No public transportation, have to pre-arrange rides.

Front desk staff, housekeeping, and security, always perform well! Very pleased with customer service and hospitality.

Pros: friendly staff, average cleanliness, ok wifi. Cons: in a really old heavy traffic dirty area, so access needs taxi and lots of patience. Very noisy area, very small place. Bathroom sink is useless (super tiny with a glass shelf right above it, covering most of it) so better use the shower to wash your face or brush your teeth. Couch is super small and uncomfortable, you hit the metal frame when you sit. And tou hear everything next door.

Staff friendliness

Staffs are friendly and helpful. However, room is small. You have to request for hair dryer. They charge you for bottle washer if your room has been cleaned. Couch is broken and old. I saw a dead roach. I would not stay there again.

Room PO2 was spacious; bathroom could use a thorough bleach cleaning, esp the urinal; kitchenette lacked a stove top, no microwave to warm up food either; bathroom fixtures could use some upgrades, need better lighting over the sink/mirror; cabinet was big, with wooden hangers; staff was courteous & respectful; good security protocol.

Property was nice, staff very attentitive and helpful

The Artemies Place staff was ver helpful during our check -in and checking out. They make sure that our needs are being met. The only thing we didn’t like is the check out time(11:00 a.m.) i think that is too early and also the room 402 has a lot of cockroaches. We talk to the front desk about our concer and she make sure that if this happens again they will transfer us to a better room. Also i didn’t like that we have to pay extra fees for early check in even though the room is already ready which it doesn’t make sense at all we have to pay extra money. Other places we stayed at if the room is ready they let us check in with no extra fees.

Staffs are very nice and helpful, rooms were big and clean. Close to alot of places specially malls. Highly recommended.
