Nice stay, staff is always friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and we had a good rest.

Check in was great. Renovations are happening at this moment in the front area, surrounding area beautiful. Took my dog for a walk and was more awe with the aesthetics of the surroundings. Swimming pool and waterslide were loved by the children and open to a descent time. My son enjoyed the gym and said there was a good variety of equipment. Overall nice stay

Nice quiet stay very relaxing… great hotel

This hotel is conveniently located near Ladysmith. Even it’s next to the highway the room we stayed was quiet. There’s a pool and hot tub and a little gym. The hotel was quiet new and clean. The complementary breakfast was really good. Staff did their best topping up the ingredients for the crowds. It was a pleasant experience for us, we’ll consider staying there again.

Everything was excellent except the buffy breakfast. Many of the clients were allowed to take more than is normal. There should be more than one person preparing the breakfast when there are a lot of clients. One person cannot keep up with the demand. There should be controls on how much each client is allowed to take and possibly there needs to be someone directing individuals when they are picking up their food. Many clients were ate and then took additional food back to their rooms which caused some clients not to get food.

we booked 2 rooms and out of the 4 beds, 3 come with dirty bed sheets with hair and food crumbs. We were only able to get the bottom bed sheets changed and the staff wont change the top layer sheets that cover the duvet/blanket. We had to sleep with our cloth on without blankets. The swimming pool was also closed for some reason. Our rooms were facing the highway so traffic noise were very noticeble. on the plus side, breakfast was quite good with a good selection of hot food and fruits/yogurt and etc. we will avoid this hotel in the future

The hotel grounds were beautifully kept with flowers and shrubbery. The hot breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. No issues at all. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall nice hotel but pool was shut down for our stay which was very disappointing and front desk staff said they did not have a single extra blanket in the hotel when we requested one, which seems bizarre.

Our stay was good. Room was clean. Outside was very nice as it has a BBQ pit area and outdoor kitchen and sitting area. Snacks are outrageously priced though.

We were only given one towel and there was.only one ice machine working, it was in the lobby and there were no ice buckets but gazebo area was awesome and room comfy and clean.

Expedia booking can't get the quite side of this hotel. So have to listen to the highway traffic all nights.

Hot tub was broken, not enough seating in breakfast area

I am leaving a review due to what was ultimately a very poor customer-service experience. I spoke with front desk about switching the date of a reservation, and though the person I spoke with was helpful, it was a bit of a back and forth between them and Expedia. I received confirmation from both the hotel itself and Expedia that I’d be able to go ahead with the date change, but ultimately, Expedia communicated to me that the hotel went back on their word, would not change the date, and would offer no refund. I don’t typically leave reviews like this, but I felt the treatment was unfair and unacceptable, so here I am. Pass if you are hoping for good customer service.

Convenient location for what we needed and the kids loved the pool and water slide. We had a HUGE room with 2 queen beds, super comfy. Cute, well maintained, property with a BBQ area and other outdoor seating areas. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, though we missed out on the bacon (shhh, don't tell the kids). There is a gas station and Tim Hortons across the parking lot. Had a great conversation with the kid at the gas station. Would definitely stay here again

Easy to access. My only comment , which seems somewhat petty is that the toilet tissue is like newspaper and doesn't match with the level of the rest of the presentation

Unfortunately the hot tub was broken for the entire 6 nights we were there which was a major seller in us booking this hotel. The waterslide and pool were great. When we got into our room there was dried blood on the blankets which was really disgusting, we had to get new bedding. The staff at the front desk were really nice. The older lady who works the breakfast in the morning was horrible and so rude and kept arguing with the hotel guests telling them to get out of her way and if we wanted to eat to move and kept huffing and puffing whenever she made a move. She was super unpleasant and definitely needs to be reprimanded, very unacceptable when we are paying upwards of $250 per night this is not the treatment guests should get. The outside of the building and the rest of it were really nice. The rooms could definitely use some work, there was pet hair stuck on the carpets and walls of our room along with the dried blood, not great. Also we had requested toilet paper 3 times before we finally got some for our room when we went down to get it.
