Staffs are very friendly and willing to help travelers. Female staff helped me to purchase concert ticket. So convenient!

+ good bunk beds with all the comfort you need + friendly staff + social atmosphere - wifi is so so bad - if you look at some details, it's not always that clean but overall ok

I've stayed at a "luxury" hostel before, and unfortunately, this place does not come close. Pros: Strong AC in the dorms (but only turned on around 7pm and off around 8am), dorms and beds were clean and relatively spacious, privacy curtain was appreciated, free breakfast is a benefit, majority of the staff is friendly, happy hour B1G1 free beer is a nice touch and creates a social atmosphere. Cons: Bathrooms were rarely "clean" during my 5-night stay. Water was everywhere as showers/toilets are in the same location, trash bins were constantly overflowing, and ants were always crawling around on the countertops. Staff seem to leave the front door open during the day which allows all the pollution to seep into the common spaces, and frankly, I found it very difficult to stand. The AC also appears to be turned off during the day in the common areas which can make it quite hot throughout the building. Unfortunately, I would look for a different place to stay next time.

Nice place to stay. I stayed 2 nights in private bedroom and 2 nights in shared dorm and both are quite comfortable, but the shared bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. The staff is amazing, and great breakfast!

It was amazing, I booked for 1 night and end up staying for 12 days total. Feeling at home. Excellent staff and service. Very clean. I enjoyed my Vietnamese Pho every morning. I also have opportunity to practice my yoga daily in a quiet clean library, where is a big screen tv for Netflix lover . I really recommend this outstanding place.

The hostel staff is very friendly & can speak excellent English. All the check in procedure is very quick & easy. Great location just walking distance to Ho Kiem lake.
