You get what you pay for. Cheaper than staying in Lucerne and only a 15 minute bus into the city. Bus station is 2 minutes away. Convenient.

Good location. Near to bus stop and supermarkets. Can use the kitchen facilities.

It’s good to cook your meal by yourself. The only problem is that the hot water for shower is not enough for all guests .

Get what you paid, so I am fine with its facilities provided. Pro: it has a kitchen where you can cook. Con: hot water can be run out from time to time; very early requested two twin beds is not met.

Decent stay, decent room. A bit loud at night and can definitely hear others on the property but you get what you pay for I guess. Wifi was not the greatest but it was conveniently located near a bus stop which was appreciated. The staff member that checked us in was not super friendly or nice but maybe she was having a bad day. A bit over priced but location was good so I guess it balances out :)

Bellpark was awsome,

A well equipped hostel with required facilities and amenities. There was a kitchen and dining area for all guests with complete sets of kitchenware. Worth the money paid and it was clean more than expected. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly and room was small but great for just sleeping. It’s right by the bus station and they give you a free bus pass so it’s perfect! We had a great stay.

Nice for price. Free bus tickets maybe it is for all tourist staying Lucerne. Asked for Non smoking room but put us smoke smelly room. Sharing restroom and shower need to be cleaned regular basis. But okay to use. Quite place and good to have supermarket nearby

My friends and I stayed in a 4 bedroom hostel, it was spacious and the lockers were a good size. They included a free transportation card in our stay and the staff were helpful and very friendly. The only downside was that the mattresses were hard and bunk beds creaked. Oh and my friend was really looking forward to the fried rice for breakfast, but they only serve it if they get a lot of Asian tourists.

Room was cold and also the radiator.Internet very bad.Breakfast extremely poor just a sandwitch and an apple. Parking is near hostel and there are aprox 5 places. Staff was kindly. Walls are very thin and you can hear all noises from other rooms. Bed was squeaking and not confortable.

Not the cleanest hostel but the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is close to a bus stop. The worst part is the strict time frame at reception which creates a long wait for some guests.

This hostel is on the low end of the hostels in terms of amenities. The price is right but expect very small rooms and a kitchen that is only “open” in the evenings. The free coffee and tea was much appreciated. Breakfast is fried rice. There is a fridge and we put eggs and yogurt inside for our own breakfast and even cooked some sausage. Shower drain had hair in it, but otherwise clean. Shower is a bit variable in terms of hot and cold. Be prepared to climb stairs. It was a surprise that the bus is free and it is easy to use #1 bus to the station for ferry or trains. When you arrive, just get on and don’t worry about tickets.

On the plus side, this had parking, wifi, free bus tickets into the city and breakfast. On arrival we were incorrectly told there were no restaurants nearby, showers were not clean, TV did not work, but the real issue was the breakfast was only one thing - fried rice! This presumbly catered to the clients, as we were the only non asian people in the place.
