At first glance, the cleanliness seemed to be to on par. However, we quickly learned this was not the case. This hotel stay was by far the worst ever. The staff were friendly, however, the rooms were the most dirtiest we have ever encountered. In the first 20 minutes, we killed 6 roaches. The room was infested with roaches, the walls were covered in stains, the AC could not be moved from 62° F and the outside was litered with dead roaches everywhere. It was simply disgusting. The worst part is we booked 2 rooms; one of which was for a another family traveling with us. How embarrassing and unsanitary this was! Beyond disappointed that such hotel rooms are offered in these conditions!

Everything was fine. Hannah was a great help.

Did not get the room I reserved. When I told them about that I was then given a room with double beds instead of queen.

Loud bugs all in the room! People knocking on doors all hours of the night!

Very dirty. Smelled weird. Lots of people outside not staying in hotel. Paid for 2 nights barely stayed one. Cobwebs on ceiling,

Room smelled horribly musty. Bathroom door barely shut and was falling apart on the bottom. Curtains were horribly dirty. They charge $35 to check in anytime before 3 pm even though rooms are cleaned and vacant.

Just a place to crash for a few hours

My pre-paid room was canceled by the motel due to over-booking.
