Cleanliness of the whole hotel. But the rooms are very warm when you come back in the evening. The Aircon not working well as it was not cold. The electric kettle is rusty inside . But generally hotel is ok.

The door access system is poor, 1st time register and go to the room, the card can not open the door. On the next day, after we go out for a long trip, back to the room, the card can not open the door again :( Furthermore, no one come and clean the room even though we did not display the “do not disturb” sign.But overall, the room and the price is good!

Very quiet peaceful location,wonderful staff,new faciliities,bathroom was clean.Had a good night sleep,nearby eateries.

Air Cond a little bit noisy... the rest are fine for me...

Summer tree hotel failed at its very first step. Upon reaching the hotel, there are only two customers including us and there are four receptionists on duty. But waiting time is way longer than expectation. I doubt is it that hard to do a simple check in. After check in procedure is done, no one gave direction to the room. What annoyed me the next is the flushing system in the toilet is not working well. It followed by having water steadily rising to my feet and ankles while taking shower. It totally turned the soothing experience into a stressful one. Same goes to the basin. Water is running slow due to something clogged inside i guess. I tried to complain to the receptionist but what I got is a very rude feedback. My holiday supposed to be a great one but its ruined by all these. Believe me, therere better choices in Malacca. Thanks.

Cleanless and comfort are very good. But they need to update sanitary services. Shiwer dont have head ro adjust water. Shower room glass are very transparent when wet with water. Its not good when stay with kids. Hope hotel management do something on it. Thanks

A very simple and cozy room for a nights stay. Very near to the main road from Kota Laksamana to Limbongan. Currently dont have a lot of traffic, so the noise level is low. Location is very new. Internet is fast!

Staff service is good ,but overall the cleaness is very bad,especially roomcarpet is very dirty,And I can even found finger nail on the floor. Sound proof is very very bad.

Overall, the hotel is quiet, clean & pleasant except limited toiletries, no shower gel, no shower cap. Shower area need to improve as once you shower, the floor will be very wet as the partition was too small. Could be improve better
