I stay here all the time, it’s near by all the nice restaurants and bars. I personally did not hear the outside noise but some people with better ears might

Great location in the heart of downtown Tijuana, close to all the shops and bars. Room was basic but clean. Restaurant is excellent

Very nice hotel, well maintained

It is very convenient location right at the heart of downtown. The room had a small window overlooking the roof and you could hear the exhaust of the restaurant if you open it. The AC unit needed maintenance, when turn on it smelled musty. The water pressure in the shower was non existent and couldn't adjust water temperature, strangely enough water in sink and toilet. They need to mitigate the noise in the hallways, the flooring is tile and you can hear people walking when they pass by your room.

We hit a snag with our reservation so be careful, the special instructions that you have to click on says that the check in time for Expedia reservations ends at 5 and they cancel the reservation We were able to get a room though and it was so lovely. We stayed here 5 years ago and it’s an old hotel but it is spotless and everything is in top condition. I think it’s my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in. The parking is weird and the area is funky but it is such a nice place (maybe it’s just my taste) with a nice staff. I don’t think they have an elevator? Side note We came in at midnight and a couple were trying to check in and they had a reservation but there was no room available. I am pretty sure that was an Expedia reservation.

The staff is very nice. The hotel itself is Very clean and elegant. The rooms are elegant. The only thing I don't like about this hotel is having to walk up the stairs to get to my room but I gladly do it because it is such a beautiful hotel. That said, I wish they had an elevator I'm older walking up the stairs as hard. They could also use a continental breakfast like other hotels. They have the room in the lobby.

Great hotel, but don't get a room facing the main street if you want peace and quiet. Most of the staff very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is a Tijuana landmark, adjoining the famous restaurant. Any hotel on Revolucion is going to get noise from the street, but the location can't be beat. Great breakfast cafe across the street, and near bars and shops. Would recommend.
