The stay was good !!! Especially good for folks driving battery cars. There are free charging ports and with breakfast included it saved at least an hour and a half for us in the morning. The shower and bathroom were not that great though. Very low pressure of water coming from the shower. Can’t complain though!!! Will take this bedtime as well .

We've stayed here before and really liked it. Large room, clean, modern. Almost like a small apt. This time we were put on the 1st floor again (by request) in a smaller room. An extremely noisy compressor outside which came on around 3am each night made it difficult to sleep. The floors needed a serious mopping, and the toilet had a leak somewhere causing a puddle in the corner where it was located. We were there just for 2 nights. We reported it at checkout. The manager was very polite and wanted to give us a credit of some kind but couldn't because we went through Hotels.com.
The staff here is very service oriented. We will go back, but will report any dissatisfaction right away, not at check out.

Stay was good, front desk staff very nice. Just the beds were rock hard… not a good sleep and very noisy between rooms.

We always stay here after visiting with family in Pittsburgh. We have a four hour drive to go home so opt to stay overnight when we leave late and start out fresh in the morning. The location is convenient and everything comfortable and accommodating. Staff is friendly and helpful. The building is far enough back from the highway so it's quiet. Stores, restaurants and gas stations nearby. Will definitely be back.

Friendly, helpful staff, impressive amenities, great breakfast, but the walls and especially ceiling were on the thin side. Every step the guests above me took reverberated ridiculously through my room - to the point of waking me up at 2 a.m. the first night of my stay. Similarly, footsteps in the hallway outside my room were loud and intrusive. Other than this, I have only praise for this property.

Room was spotless and comfortable. The fitness area was nice too. I think the one treadmill was busted because it only went as fast as 1 mile per hour but I just switched to a different treadmill and it worked fine.

I've been on an extended, multi-state trip and this was a welcome change! Amazing, highly recommend.

Stay wasn’t bad except for the fire. Staff didn’t seem to know what to do and didn’t provide a lot of guidance to guests. When the fire department said we could return to our room the staff couldn’t find the key to turn the elevator back on. This presented a problem as my husband is handicapped. Fortunately 3 firemen got him back up to our room.

First room was not cleaned. Second room did not have bath towels. When trying to call the front desk, no one answered. Dirty bathroom floor and shower.

The pool - not clean. The room looked clean but take a wet paper towel to the floor to see the truth.
Hallways were not air conditioned so it was uncomfortable to walk to and from the elevator.
One elevator was out (with only two elevators).
Wedding party across the hall thought it’d be a good idea to prop their door open and let a kid scream and cry pretty early in the am so there goes sleeping in on a Saturday.
They keep the gym at 68 so not too bad (cool is good).

Hallways looking a bit worn. Confusion on checking in to our room early was offer on website but not actually offered room selection was available digitally to us before arrival but at 5pm not actually ready??
Amber was more helpful the second day when we needed to add a second night stay.

We had originally booked the wingate by windam down the road and when we showed up it was horrible, not even close to what is pictured and no pool as they claimed. Thankfully I found this gem for the night and it was spotless, Starbucks right across the road. So glad we found this place!

Great location to get in and out of the Pittsburgh area. Stayed here to catch a pirates game and it worked great. Clean hotel, friendly staff, breakfast worked really well also.

Stayed while visiting family friends. Check in was crazy easy and fast. The hotel was crowded with several travel sporting teams staying on property, yet I would have never known their presence given how quiet it was in our room. I’ve traveled to many tournaments with my kids and have never been to a property this quiet. Their soundproofing is superb. It’s also a newer property and very clean. Will stay again if we’re visiting in this area. Highly recommend.
