Terrible place to stay. Loudest exercise air conditioner, that blasted mouldy smelling air. No amenities, not even soap. Smallest possible bathroom. Foul smell from sink. No fridge. Very noisy, lift beeps herd in room every 5 sec. Street noise too. Staff not helpful, very week Internet. Booked 4 notes stayed 2, it was so bad. Much better hotel Cebu hotel plus just up road thats clean, nice and quiet. Recommend you do not stay here.

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient having a grocery store in the basement.

Too much noise from the outside in the rooms. Limited access to the facilities such as pool. Wifi connection is really bad. Rooms are not very clean and uncomfortable abd during our stay there was a very strong smell from the sink.

Standard clean room. Low water pressure so very economic shower. Stinky water separator under kitchen sink. Not so comfortable foam bed and pillows. Nice view over city, big windows. Limited TV channels.

When we leave the hotel, asked could they have a taxi for us, and said no. Well thanks for helping us. Not. And empty pool but security there all the time and could not even move the chairs. Small room, no mirror and the sink did not work. Shower was working badly too. Good location but thats it.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The building is conveniently located close to Fuente circle. There are shops and restaurants downstairs.There is a great pool and well equipped gym. The view was amazing, looking towards Ayala with a view of the port area too. The room is a good size. There was even a small kitchen area with sink and kettle. Drinking water was available free of charge and room service is offered. The price of the room was competitive and good value.My only complaints would be the noisy air conditioning and low water pressure. I would recommend staying here and I will definitely return.

Everything was good except that the water was not coming out well and that there was no bottled water.

Limited toiletries, dirty pillow upon arrival, inconsistent water pressure in the bathroom, very slow wifi connection.

Comfortable stay and a good central location for places in Cebu

Good location - near some shopping malls and easy to other places in the town. Hotel is very clean, quiet and good service. Supermarket and some restaurants are in the same building - very convenient. Room view and swimming pool are very nice. They provide toilet tissue, shampoo/shower lotion and towel only (no hair dryer). But with such reasonable rate, it is a good deal. I will stay this hotel again next time!

Lots of parking space inside the building. From the parking area you can go directly to your room through elevator without passing the lobby. It has a gym and infinity pool. The views are great. It has a food court and a mall connected to the hotel.It lacks toiletries. Even some budget hotels have toothbrush and soap.

Only walking distance to Robinsons mall and the night market- Larsian foodcourt (not sure if this is the correct spelling)-which was important for our trip

The view from the 26th floor is amazing!!! Will surely stay again once we come back to Cebu again. Very accessible to public transport, just near the shopping mall and restaurant.

Arrived at property and they told us no water in building but it would be fixed that afternoon - didn't happen. Had no water for the night's stay which meant no showers in room, no washing hands, no flushing toilet. When to reception on checking out and asked about a discount due to the issues - nothing offered. He told me they were offering free breakfasts but had not informed any of the guests and it was too late for us (headed to airport). Overall thought it was really really poorly handled and they should have offered at least a partial refund due to issues.
