Hotel was fine. Was right at a train yard so heard trains during night even though on opposite side. Looks like area is getting a facelift so May be better in the future

Astounded that the picture in the advertising was not what we got. We’ve booked some more nights through Expedia and regret that we did. Also, parking was far away from the hotel. Nice grab bars in the washroom.

The room was laid out nicely, as well as the bathroom. I also enjoyed the view of the water.

Beautiful hotel and scenic view of the sleeping giant. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is my hotel of choice when visiting Thunder Bay.

The hotel itself and the waitstaff in the restaurant was great. What wasn’t great was the communication between you, Orbitz, and the hotel. When I booked, you offered an add-on for a full breakfast, which we selected, but when we got to the hotel they didn’t seem to know anything about it. They honored it, but it made us and the desk and waitstaff feel awkward. You need to get this worked out with them. Next time I would be likely to book directly with the hotel to avoid this problem.

The hotel and marina were awesome but a block away and things get pretty run down so little walking to places.

They have queen beds and are charging for king bed sizes

There’s one major flaw with this hotel: lack of parking. We checked in at 6pm and were told that parking is first come first serve, and now the underground parking is full. I was told to look behind the hotel whether there are outside parking spaces still available. I went and looked. There were only a few parking spaces there, and were all taken. So now the last resort was to go park at a parking lot about ten-minute walk from the hotel. There were spaces there designated for the hotel. The parking lot was out by itself, away from any buildings or any semblance of security. Had I known this, for sure I would not have booked this hotel. But you don’t know this in advance.

After a close family wedding, my daughter and I booked a VERY spontaneous overnight stay at the Delta to cap off a perfect day. It was lovely and very much the treat we'd hoped it would be.

Beautiful hotel right next to the marina. Can’t beat the location.

I like the water front

Arrived late at night. Had to drive to an offsite parking lot, which was less than ideal from a safety perspective. Then, was unaware of the fact that my room would be right next to train tracks. Was not able to sleep the entire night as a train went by every hour.

The facility is located in the heart of the waterfront and is clean and cared for. Our desk clerk was outstanding. Friendly fast and efficient. An excellent customer service representative who helped us with our menu choices which were spot on recommendations

My parents and I stayed for five nights at the Delta Hotel in Thunder Bay. For the first two days, the housekeeping staff did well, although they left used towels in the bathroom sink. On the third day, we were shocked when a man wearing sweatpants showed up early in the morning, handed us new towels, and then left. For the last two days, no one cleaned our room. When I complained about this while checking out, a man at the front desk said it might be my fault for hanging a "Do not Disturb" sign. However, we removed the sign when we left to explore around 10 a.m., so that excuse is ridiculous. This hotel has the worst housekeeping service, and no one even apologized to us when we complained about it.

Hotel is very nice but the stuff aren't that nice. Well maybe a few are but not all. Some act like they are way better than you. But over all hotel is a very nice.
