Construction dust and noise

Went to 2 different bars located in this hotel, could not get served, finally 37 minutes later our drink order was taken, at 10pm I wanted To order food, the bartender did EVERYTHING before handing me the menu! Waited 10 minutes just for him to hand me a menu! Will NEVER stay here again! No welcome package! Nothing!

Great place to stay

Didn't care for the bathroom door. Also there was a $15 charge when I checked out that was never explained to me.

The beds were wet and there were long dark hairs on sheets. Staff members were friendly and moved us to a new room. It was very late by the time we realized the beds were wet and an inconvenience and gross. This is not the quality expected from this hotel.

We were going to a concert at the Von Braun CC, and we just saw this hotel close. We had a great experience bc it was very close to everything! We will definitely go go back

I prefer a more traditional style. Very little staff, breakfast buffet was strange, and HVAC sounded like a truck

The staff was fabulous. Everyone was very nice, extremely friendly, and very welcoming. We will definitely be staying there again.

The Bar Vista had a private event and the wait staff for the restaurant were a no show. We had to find another place to eat at another hotel. The front desk receptionist, Sam, was very friendly.

The only thing I did not like was the parking fee. I feel that the price of the room is high enough to include parking.

My stay was on a weekend and next to the Von Braun center so I expected the cost to be higher. The room was new, 4 years old and clean, the bathroom was nice and modern. The bed was very firm, the room had a couch that made a bed but was hard as a rock with a plastic type cover. The chair was even harder. The room was a suite, that was small, furnished with what I consider cheap uncomfortable furnishings. You are charged 10 dollars per day for self parking (this is Alabama people) just not right.The staff was very friendly and courteous, I expected more of the room for the money I paid, no matter the location. We have stayed in low cost suites that was more comfortable, also they only have maid service every other day.

I love this hotel, we have extended family that live in Huntsville and this was our second stay here. It is convenient (walkable) to all things downtown Huntsville has to offer, restaurants, museums, Big Springs Park, the arena, and the performing arts center. The hotel itself is slick, with big rooms, clean lines, and modern amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. However, a few things were not disclosed on the Expedia page. It was not disclosed that parking is $10 per night and it was also not disclosed that breakfast was al a carte. Thank you.

The staff was so very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was situated in a safe area of town, and the property was new. The walls were paper thin, and I could hear voices loudly from the hall, possibly next door. The room was clean, but the towels were not good quality and a bit tattered. I kind of expected a bit better; I chose to pay more than the two nearby hotels for a better experience.

Clean organized easy to get in and out parking is limited and they charge you $10 a day no matter if you can even park there or not
