I wish I had caught the night time guys name (20's-30's age) but he was awesome & always busy cleaning or atocking when I'd pass through. He was super friendly. We basically came to sleep & shower. It served its purpose, was clean & we will definitely be back. Thank you!

the receptionist told us she would charge us $300 if we smoked in the room. And when we got in the room it stank like smoke and more. The receptionist also had a barking dog next to her while we were checking in. My wife and I spent 12 days on the road and stayed at 11 hotels and this one was next to the worst experience!

If your laundry requires quarters… please give people an option to get quarters.

During a 2 week road-trip across country, this was the best hotel out of them all. Its a shame we only got to stay one night. Very pet friendly. Cleanest hotel I've ever been in.

We were very impressed with My Place Hotel in Hurricane UT. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff friendly and our room was large and well appointed. We were quite impressed as the price tag was lower than many hotels we stayed in during our long trip. I've already recommended the hotel to others. It's about half an hour to Zion National Park.

Good place too stay if you do not mind animals in a hotel. Staff is very friendly... I do recommend to stay here, but you look for other options 1st!

When we arrived, we were told our room was taken and they even checked and there was people in there. We wanted a one queen bed, but they found us another room with two beds. It makes no sense to this day how someone else took our room since they ask for IDs when checking in. Our door also never shut all the way so we would come back to find our door cracked open everytime. We wont be returning, but the workers there were friendly and did help us so we really appreciated them.

Pool was lovely and the full kitchen was a great bonus

Just average . Nothing fancy . No breakfast unless you pay extra for their takeout.

This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. I love it. It caters to every need you may have, including great beds, a place to walk your dog, a breakfast you can order either in the morning or the night before. Unlike some more expensive hotels, it also had a hair dryer, stove top and full-size refrigerator. The service is exceptional. The location is great. The only thing keeping it from being the perfect hotel is no dishes or silverware. Maybe they could provide paper plates and plastic silverware. Even without that, I would highly recommend this place

Place was advertized with a recliner that turned into a flat single bed, which is false. Was just a recliner; not suitable for comfortable sleep. Also advertized as a full kitchen. There was however no pots, pans, utensils or plates/glasses. We could try to borrow from the hotel, but never available as never returned by guests. Many came in with full groceries to find this out. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. We will never go back to this place

The only downside is that room are smelly, however, the stay was nice.

We liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Staff were very helpful. We wondered why there were no dishes in the kitchenette. The sound proofing could use improvement. We could hear the staff talking at the front desk and dogs barking from inside our room. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very near to all ...walgreens and other shops. We visited Zion and this Hotel is just about 30mins away from Springdale and Zion Nat'l park. The rooms are quite and very clean. Staff are very accommodating. I will come and stay in this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all travelers and tourist.

Room was dirty and the clean up crew left all equipment and supplies inside. We checked in hours after check in time. No excuse for that. We were moved to another room and the AC was noisy every time it kicked on and the toilet lid wasn’t properly attached. Had to clip it back into place several times because the locking tab was missing. I like the hotel, front desk did a good job, clean up crew and maintenance crew….not so much.

Staff was super friendly. John william was fast and friendly during check in. Room was super clean and large with full size fridge/freezer made it a bonus.

WE LEFT EARLY DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS AND HOTEL TREATING US LIKE WE WERE CRAZY. As women traveling alone we were extremely frightened by the total lack of regard for our safety by this hotel. Our room was found standing open on the first night. On night two, someone was trying to get into our room and I literally had to hold the door shut to stop it from happening. The only response from the hotel was a bland "Oh, staff is training" and wanting to know if the room was clean. They didn't get why it would be frightening or concerning that anyone, staff or guests or randos wandering it at any hour would be accessing our room. When I went into the lobby to get assistance, no one was there, and the "help phone" had a busy signal. Again, the staff person who finally showed up just shrugged. I get that mistakes happen but the total lack of empathy was appalling. Wow just wow. We left a night early, would rather lose money than my belongings or my safety.

Everything was great! The shower head needs a little love. Some of the holes are struggle to spray water. Really enjoyed my stay.

The staff here is first rate. They really take care of the guests needs. John Williams is the best. I will be staying here again.
