Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Good food and bar. Convenient location.

Stayed one night! Loud people in the hallway until after 11pm but not the hotels fault. Staff were kind and helpful. Clean hotel and room. Over all a nice experience. Would stay again!

Gym

The staff was warm and accommodating. We really enjoyed the extensive breakfast options. My only complaint was that there were some noisy guests in the hallways at night, but there were large groups staying in the hotel and it's only normal.

Great stay

The hotel is lovely. Modern and clean with lots of space. The front desk person (I forget her name) was very busy but took the time to explain everything about the hotel. One of the best check in experiences. The breakfast provided was really great as well.

The hotel is located in a newer part of town with tram services right at the front door. Complementary breakfast was awesome with a decent menu and free car parking.

This isn’t my first time at Hyatt. Anytime my family and I vacation in Toronto, we stay at the Hyatt. This would have been a 5 stars if it wasn’t for some issues. For transparency purposes, one of the issue was clarified. 1. When we arrived at about 8pm, we noticed that there was a party in the convention centre, which is not a big deal. But a couple of hours later, the room hallway was noisy from guests but we didn’t complain because we were understanding that there was a party in the building. But the reception called our room to let us know that we were being noisy in the hallway. This was very confusing because our toddler kids were already asleep. So we stepped out to confirm and noticed the hallway was still very noisy. We we informed the front desk that it wasn’t us. The following morning, we received another call from the front desk, stating they wanted to check on us because they got several complaints from our hallway. It was quite frustrating because we had even fallen asleep early from exhaustion. At the time it felt targetted being persons of color. I did complain to the manager and to be honest he was calm about explaining the morning call, as due process and that they were calling all those on the floor and not just us. We took it in good faith. The second night was less noisy and pretty usual. All good. 2. We’ve been coming to Hyatt since 2021 and the breakfast menu has been the same. A menu switch up would be good.

We weren’t told about card being needed to use the elevators. Also, the bathroom doesn’t have a fan.

Great hotel and great service. Aman was great and the cleaners were all great.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Nothing extraordinary about anything though.

The air conditioning in the room was very loud. The pillow case was smell bad. They don’t provide disposable tooth paste and teeth brush in the washroom.

I like the treat that employees give me, they are kindly and have a good attitude.

Very good hotel, nice facilities, very good breakfast set up, parking is huge and easy, only downer was that they only gave 2 key cards per room, we were 5 of us and the lift needs a card, we were told it is policy to only give 2 keycards per room. Also it is odd that there is no conplimentary coffee station in reception or lobby, it is standard in every other hotel we visited pretty much on Canada

It’s a drive to get to anywhere from this hotel. Ideal if you have a rental only, but the facility and staff are amazing.

A four stars hotel should provide free water bottles everyday. The breakfast was below average and if something finished then they don’t refill. The bed was very bad and i was not able to sleep well.

I am always impressed with the staff at Hyatt Place. I have stayed in Hyatt Place in the US before. The staff are always friendly and personable and render assistance when needed. This was my experience at Hyatt Mississauga, Canada. The room was clean and did not require daily housekeeping as adequate supplies were available. The location was perfect and central to the amenities we enjoyed. I would recommend Hyatt Place to anyone visiting Canada for a holiday, business, or function.

We loved our stay at Hyatt House. The property, staff and amenities exceeded our expectations. The gym and pool area were some of the best we've seen. The only downfall was not having coffee available throughout the night
