Additional/ unauthorized charges on my card after checkout. I call them to figure out my card has multiple transactions. Nothing was missing or broken in the room but some stupid reason they gave. Stayed at so many hotels but this never again. P.S: Avoid using towel’s which they provide to avoid extra charges or else minor washable stains could cost you over 100 dollars. Ridiculous.

Nice hotel and rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice.

I requested rooms close together and ended up on different floors. I would have liked a hot tub as well and I thought it was in a bit of a weird area. The hallways must not be heated which seems strange as they had space heaters running in the hallways.

Staff were very polite and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner when we first checked in. Toothpaste was smeared in the sink, dirt on the light switches, and a stain on a pillow.

Room was big and clean. Bed good.

Restaurant and bar was closed on a Friday evening. No warnings about that when we booked. Booking.com said the hotel had bar and restaurant.

Nice place to spend the night and take the kids to the pool
