I arrived at half 4 when it was very busy due to event being on we were not allowed to park until we had checked in causing wild amount of traffic infront of the building everyone having to go round twice as no sign prior to the car park. Not sure why we couldn’t just show our booking confirmation to the guy in the car park? Also the ques for check in was huge 3/4 desks were open surely when the hotel is at capacity all desks should be open.

Lovely hotel, and the room i was in was lovley amd spacious. Parking slightly ott at £30 for two nights. Food expensive for what you get but was nice. The malbec wine tasted horrid, i should of taken it back tbh. Probably wouldn't stay again

Was a business trip, had to get a taxi £20 each way to Aberdeen centre for a beer with colleagues. Hotel is great though.

Only 2 morning tea bags. Towels hard and some stained. No bottled water in room. No house coats dressing gowns slippers in room or given at spa.

Amazing quality.! very clean, modern and well maintained.

Overall a really nice place, the pool was over capacity 3 times we tried to use it which was quite annoying but we eventually got to make use of it before checking out

Hotel was extremely busy and definitely not enough staff!! Two on check in and one lady serving busy bar, drinks and food when we arrived. Had lunch not much choice atall opted for pizzas expensive but nice enough.Also had the prawns really expensive for what was served not worth the money. Room was spacious and clean, beds comfy and nice toiletries.No bottled water which i think is very strange not even 1 bottle!! Pool very strict with timings for under 18s and capacity we were turned away with 12 year old son and had to wait over an hour to return which impacted our plans for the evening. Breakfast was chaotic, extremely busy, not enough tables, both Coffee and hot water machines were off for some time, queues at toasters they took forever, cooked options bland, cold and really not a good standard. Tables were piled with dirty dishes as there again wasnt enough staff. Continental choices poor also bland dry muffins and pastries. The hotel is at the airport so £20 in a taxi to Aberdeen city centre and the parking at hotel is £15 for 24 hours which i think on top of what you pay is outrageous.Also the parking is a walk from hotel in an underground dark quite intimidating if alone carpark.

Lovely hotel in general but the staff at the spa let this hotel down. No control over busy periods with a bad attitude to guests

The spa is incredible. Dylan in the restaurant is so lovely. Apple has been exceptional her professional attitude is second to none. All of the staff are top notch. I stay here one day a week and I love staying here.

Modern. Perfectly well set up room with everything you practically need. Beds a bit hard. Plenty of plug sockets and light.

My experience was amazing in this hotel. Staff are all excellent at their jobs and very helpful. Bedrooms are so modern and loved staying in it. Will be booking again and will make this one of my top hotels to stay at. Can't wait to return.

Staff were lovely and hotel was great. Best sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time.

Outstanding hotel and service

It's a nice hotel, but it's far away from everything/not walkable to any dining areas outside of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Aberdeen a lot. Staff were all friendly and smiling as nothing seemed to much bother. The room facilities were spotlessly clean.

We arrived early as we were going to a show & wanted to enjoy the facilities. Our room wasn't ready, which was fine, and we were told to have a seat & we would be called when ready. The receptionist forgot about us, we didn't get our toom until 5.45pm so we lost sn hour & felt rushed for our show. Wifi would not work only to find out in morning, our room was booked under wrong name yet we checked in under my name & they let us, therefore when outting our details into wi fi, they were wrong. Bit disappointing really

Fantastic place to stay. Staff welcoming and friendly. Ate at the restaurant, the choice and quality were both excellent - everyone really enjoyed their dishes. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Great choice if you're going to the P&J for an event.

A car park view. Minimum vegetarian options for dinner. However the hotel was clean, friendly and just where we needed to be. The pool area was a very welcome bonus. I would stay again. Please add a veggie burger to the menu.

Had a table booked for dinner. Waited 50 minutes for main course other tables were much the same. Seemed to be having probs in the kitchen only served food after we complained about the wait.

Great venue, but unfortunately this time you didn’t feel the same I’m a regular visitor to this hotel. Breakfast options reduced power failure during stay - noises from AC unit

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, great modern design and lovely pool area. It was slightly annoying that a bill we asked to be added to the room tab was taken mid-stay from my girlfriend's card which we had only used for the parking charge so not great that these details were stored and used again. Otherwise faultless

After a long journey we were surprised to find that there was no biscuits in our room to have with a cup of tea, this would have been most welcome. We did ask at reception but were told this was not Hiltons policy Little things mean a lot

Everything was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. Room was spacious and spotless. Staff were all lovely.

Very cool hotel and staff were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend no faults at all.

Nothing I could fault with my stay. Booked a solo night stay to get a break away and hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was immaculately clean and very spacious. Considering the closeness of the airport I was expecting outside noise but there was none. Breakfast was delicious and had an unusual array of options, including rowies and make your own waffles. Visited the pool and sauna in the evening and it really was an ultra relaxing experience and a must do if your visiting the hotel as it is such a beautiful space. The gym was well equipped. I treated myself to a treatment in the spa the next morning which was incredible. Lena on the front desk was fantastic at check out and helped me store my luggage while I went to the spa. Would recommended if your are looking for a relaxing spa break or an overnight stay after a concert. I will definitely be back.
