Everything was great

Great stay! The service was awesome. Our first room stunk like rotten fish, so when we called front desk they moved us to another room with no hassle. Def recommend!

It would have been perfect if there’s a hot tub.

The hotel is literally in the stadium parking lot. Very convenient!

Great Stay Liked Everything About The Property

We went to a Red Stars game, and our stay couldn't have been any more perfect. The staff let us park our car in their parking lot before we checked in, since we had a reservation, thereby saving us $20 in parking at the stadium.

The hotel has an excellent location next to the seat geek stadium, which Influenced my decision to stay there. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean, and most everything worked except the blinds on the window. The blackout did not open, so I never saw the view outside the window.

Nice place,walking distance to Seatgeek stadium. Big rom,clean,they need to work little more on the carpet to be clean,very nice people at the reception 5 stars. Good breakfast and you have 2-3 places around the hotel where to eat.

Nice, clean and fun hotel. My kids had a blast. We didn't even have to stress about one of our meals. Breakfast was amazing, the staff were excellent!

Booked four rooms for three nights; one colleague found a bug in her bed, the property denied it (we have photos). Rooms were not cleaned daily; we specificaly asked on day two for our rooms to be looked after and we were told that they do not clean or make up rooms daily -disgusting, not to mention unsanitary. The front desk supervisor was less an adequate, big on "I'm sorry", small on solutions

Good: Clean rooms, pleasant staff, indoor pool. Bad: flys in breakfast area and pool area, older children and parents not being careful of littler children and taking over pool area.

I wish the restaurants around the property were better!

We enjoyed the location of the property but unfortunately the room had a really mold, cigarette smoke smell that only went away after turning on the AC Other than that everything was great

The stay was awful. The hallways are littered with trash and need vacuumed. The beds were super hard and very uncomfortable. The room overall just felt dingy and not very clean. The sheets smelled like old shoes. The elevator inspection sheet was long expired. The worst of all was the breakfast. By far the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. There are no microwaves in the room, only one down by check-in desk. Would not stay again, nor recommend!

Nice and clean hotel. I was there for 3nights

The Hamptons is next to a club bar that briars music . It was 130 am and I funky had enough, I called the front dest asked when what’s the deal with the music that it seems there’s a club in my room and the front desk informed me it common and coming from the bar next door. Also I was told breakfast is 6-10 . I woke up and went to get breakfast at 930 and they were out of the omleta , potato, sausage and was told they were not making anymore . Breakfast was the reason we booked with Hamptons and it was disappointing

Nice property. If you want to sleep during the summer on Friday and Saturday, don’t even think about going to this hotel if you wanna bottle of water in your room without being charged, don’t come here either. Manager is lovely the rest of the staff for the most part, don’t know how to treat customers Never again

The check in was good. The carpet in the room was wet and we had to keep our shoes on. When the carpet dried, the room reeked like moldy carpet. The entire 2nd floor smelled of mold.

My stay started off very well until Thursday night. After attending my daughter’s graduation me and my family returned to the hotel around 11:30pm maybe a little bit later. Upon arriving to the room, we entered and come to find out the entire floor in the room is wet. We notify the front desk about the ongoing situation. They have no more available rooms at the location and want to move us to another location that’s 30mins away. The time is almost 1am in the morning. My mother and father are in there late 70’ early 80’s. So moving them that time of night isn’t favorable. So my parents come to my room which is wet all by the window but not entirely wet like there room. The next day they move me and my parents to different rooms. Upon check out on Saturday morning, I ask the clerk would I be credited back Friday since my room was wet and moving was too late. I was told no because it was a third party booking which makes no sense cause it wasn’t the third parties fault for the floor being wet,
