Nice staff, convenient to airport, nice rooms

Food at Coaches is so-so. Breakfast service is slow unless you choose the buffet.

Very close to midway airport

You’re always supposed to get a warm cookie. That’s why I stay at double tree. This time? No cookie! They tried to hand me some gluten free thing in a wrapper. No thanks.

Coffee maker wasn’t working

The bed and linens were nice but the pillows were awesome. Like the sports bar on site.

The weather was bad. The power to the hotel had gone out but had been restored. The outage caused issues with their computers so they couldn't check people in. After standing in line and sitting on the floor (there were so many customers waiting in the lobby there was nowhere to sit) for 2hrs they finally pick up a clipboard that had a hard copy of the customer roster and start checking people in. Really?! Why make customers wait hours uncomfortably when you had another option? I'm sure the very very pregnant lady in line next to us, who was obviously very uncomfortable, would've appreciated it even more than the rest of us had they had this hard copy stroke of genius sooner!

Probably the best hotel in this area. As a commuting flight attendant it met and exceeded my expectations.

A bit pricey but seems they all are in this area.

Like the restrung downstairs, liked how you need a key card to access the elevator

Can hear the trains screeching at all times of the day and night. Water damage on the ceiling of the shower where parts of the ceiling is coming down. Shower kinda dirty

Great room, wonderfully comfortable bed, restaurant open for late dinner and early breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
