The breakfast is very delicious and healthy. Great location, it is very close to two JR stations Hakata and Gion station.

The staff was professional and the stay was enjoyable

Very clean and well maintained hotel. No complains about everything. Location is convenient and there’s 2 convenient stores just beside the hotel.

3 minutes walking to Gion station. Check in at 2/F. Pick up tea bags, sanitary stuff at reception area. 10 minutes walking to Canal City and Riverside food stalls. 15 minutes walking to Hakata station. Twin bed room size is not big but enough. Appreciate the sizable bathroom with seperate bathtub and shower.

The room and the checking in process was perfectly fine. There were amenities available at the reception for people to pick up which was a nice touch. Location was ideal. The downsides were that I had messaged the hotel a number of times prior to checking in about having my luggage sent to them from Kyoto and heard nothing back. When I asked reception to help me book a taxi to take me to Hakata International Port, they tried 2 numbers and was unsuccessful so told me to find one myself, not the customer service I was expecting for a hotel where it seemed to pride itself on providing excellent service.

Room was toooo small. Customer service was quite curt and minimal, we were actually pointed to a vending machine to process our own payment. At arrival time, housekeeping was in full swing and aisle to room was cluttered with trash, vacuums and housekeeping gear. Not the best nor friendliest welcome, and front desk “couldn’t find any reservation under [my] name.” Not what you want to hear when traveling to a foreign country.

Convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from Gion station. Spacious room which was very clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Various style of restaurants in nearby.

I had stayed with two kids for 2 nights. The room itself was not too big, but two double beds were big enough considering it was difficult to find out a hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids in big Japanese cities like Fukuoka. All staffs were kind and professional. Probably I will stay at the same hotel if I visit Fukuoka.

The hotel is in a great location close to dining, shopping and transportation. Great breakfast buffet to start the day! The rooms were spacious and loved the separate shower and soaking tub! Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location, just one bus stop to Harkata Station. The room is spacious and well facilitated. The breakfast is good too.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff is nice.

New and neat place central in Fukuoka. Nothing unique or special. One thing: The check in procedure was the most cumbersome we have ever tried. After checking our reservation, copying passports and room availability the front desk issued a card. It turned out it was not the room key. We had to bring that card to a Machine across the room for payment, answering further questions and issuing og room key cards. WHY? There was enough freindly staff at the front desk. Why on earth separate the payment and key card issuing from the rest of the check-in procedure? This is bad service! Not what you need when arriving late and dont speak the language. If this had been a cheap hotel with little staff, but for a hotel this price and class it is not OK. Nothing to blame on the staff.
