一部屋単一の値段だったので、複数人で金額を出し合って泊まるのに最適でした！駅からも近く、夜もきれいにライトアップされていて、とても氣に入りました☺︎

無人チェックインは面白いかなと思って予約しましたが、要領が悪く、ネット回線も途中で切れてチェックインに1時間近くかかってしまいました。最後はスタッフが出てきて部屋に入れましたが、ほかの若い人も手こずってたようです。チェックインでイライラして気分は良くなかったです。今回はひとりでしたが子供連れには二段ベッドで楽しいかも。 でも高齢者には適していませんね。

I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a great new concept.

The hotel is near the railway station and there are many restaurants nearby. And it is quite close to the shopping mall.

Like : It is able to house family of 5 members to foster family bonding. Nice view of the Naka Canal and thoughtful to have wall plug with 2 or 3 pins and USB charging. Area for Improvement: Maximize space by having foldable seat or sofa since limited space for luggage space. Need to have lock feature for toilet and more clothes hangers since it is meant for 5-6 persons stay.

Very nice stay, the room is clean and u get everything u need. There’s also a portable WiFi router in the room.

We have stayed twice on the same trip. The beds are so so comfy, the duvets are nice and thick and cosy and the linens really crisp. I love the interiors wood, concrete, white walls and black bits and bobs. Exposed ceiling and ac conduit. Plus a tan leather chair and a teal sofa. Hubby and I loved having a double bed each. Would come again.

Great value, good location. But do not expect typical hotel level service. Towel change everyday, but bed sheet and bedding are not made everyday.

Everything was good. Perfect for trip with family.Room size was also ok even for 4adults.Location is just perfect, near from Tenjin and canal city.Because the hotel is brand-new, i could smell paint from corridor. But its still ok, I will be gone as time goes by.

The hotel location is great as the subway station and bus stops are just nearby. Shopping malls are all walkable from the hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The downsides are the rooms are not soundproof and can be noisy during the weekend. Not much space available if you have many and huge luggages.

excellent, it is very close to the station, only walk able distance. numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Good location. The room is big enough for stay, free portable wifi provided. Will stay there again.

Great location 2 min walk from Subway station with a large Family Mart just around the corner. Lively neighbourhood with many eateries, Ichiran Ramen, Don Quixote and pharmacies all nearby. Rooms are small and simple with electric kettle and a small fridge. No wardrobe but hooks and hangers. No table and only 1 chair in the room. 2 of us booked into the next smallest room available with double bunk beds so we had some space for our luggages. Tablet in the room to contact front desk but doesn’t do anything else. Can be much better if tablet can be used for Netflix / Spotify as there is no tv in the room. Overall simple, convenient and fuss free. Book a slightly room for more space especially if you have luggage.

房內空間跟照片的落差很大，床本身很難睡，床跟枕頭都不好，家具裝潢都是便宜貨很粗。房子小間，電視沒有就算了，連桌子椅子都沒有，同價格Residence Hotel系列的，在各方便都比中洲Plus Hotel好。我只能say sorry了，我很少給人負評。
