We love every aspect of our stay in Park Inn, from the service of well-trained staff to the quality and tastefulness of the food. Bonus was the fantastic location of the hotel wherein there's a connecting way directly to the mall! Whether it's rain or shine you can roam around because you don't have to go out to reach the mall. We never run out of things to do and enjoy!

We stayed in multiple hotels in Manila during our vacation and Park Inn was my favorite because it had the best access to the mall. Unfortunately the gym was under construction during our stay which is the only reason I knocked off a star. Plus points for a reasonably sized kiddie pool. Amenities were good, staff were very friendly and attentive. Would love to stay here again!

When you have kids, choosing a hotel next to the mall is very convenient! Loved the idea of just waking up and not worrying what to cook. Easy peasy lemon squeezy is all I can say! Plus a bonus of having friendly, helpful and attentive hotel staff. What more can you ask for! Thumbs up to everything!

We have stayed here before but this time was a bit sad. Granted, we only paid 1,700, the room was tiny with paint peeling on the ceiling, the video quality of the TV was horrible and the A/c needed a cleaning. The price was ok, but it was not a great experience.

The staff is amazing. The hotel provides 2 bottled water everyday including coffee and teas. Some other hotels do not. It’s the little things like that makes for a comfortable stay.

My only annoyance was that we had a room with a connecting door to another room. I have experienced these interconnecting rooms before but this one allowed a lot of noise through it.

A very convenient hotel that is connected to SM North Edsa. Everytime is pretty much walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Next time I'll add the breakfast with my room.

The property is good and my experience may be a one off. However, I stayed 5 nights and 3 out of 5 I had a non working thermostat in a suite that made me either freeze or sweat as the only way to control the temperature was by calling the staff and they will either turn on or off the AC damper. On that 4 and 5 I was relocated to a room with working AC. No problem there but I already got sick due to the first 3 days of constant temperature changes.
