Excellent stay Excellent service yummy breakfast

Andres and breakfast crew were excellent. Most of the desk staff were very kind, attentive and respectful. Only one overnight staff was a bit rude (Luis) he didn't moved from the front desk as he said push the button. the ramp started to go up with the driver trying to jump up back into the car.. she was ok but was scary. Suit 402 has view to the park was excellent

I spent 3 days, hotel is brand new,nice located. Apartment was really spacious and comfortable. A pity the restaurant was only opened for breakfast

Friendly staff. Room was dirty when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious. You must reserve the gym and pool ahead of time.

Very nice rooms. Noisy in the morning (6am) as we were located on a low floor in front of the park. Hotel was not full and clerk refused to upgrade us even though I am Expedia gold. Breakfast was disappointing. We came last year and the breakfast was a lot better. You can see they are trying to save money.

I loved this property! It's way more than what I expected. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was very spacious! Would definitely stay again!

We were very comfortable here. Rooms were spacious and well-equipped, clean, and modern. The adjacent greenspace is very nice and the neighborhood was walkable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Lots of good dining options nearby. Would 100% recommend.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Enjoyed the stay, staff was really nice, breakfast was walkable and safe area. I traveled with my husband and baby. We chose this property because they offered cribs, however the crib didn’t follow safety standards, even though I enjoyed the stay, I would recommend for the hotel to replace the crib mattress for a firm one to prevent SID (sudden infant death).

We had a teriffic time at this hotel! It was very clean, quiet, close to many Dinning & Shopping options and had a lovely park right across the street! And the staff, from the Front Desk, to the Cleaning Ladies were Excellent. It was sooo nice, that I'm going back in March for another stay!

Great place to stay. Was a little put off that they wanted to charge me on the way out the door for a recycled laundry bag. Considering the rate they charge relative to competitors, AND I had stayed with them for a week, it seemed a bit petty to hold me up from leaving and make an ordeal about a lousy laundry bag. (I left them $32000 col pesos for it) but was NOT a great way to wrap up the trip. While I LOVED the hotel, it totally changes my mind about whether I would stay again. I found it a little petty.

Just book it. Fabulous rooms. Great breakfast. Super staff. Perfect location in Bogotá. Heads above the other hotels in the area - I’ve tried them all. Book here. You won’t regret the choice.

The front door man was not good at welcoming us. He insisted we use an american passport even though 3/4 of us are Colombian which we felt was suspicious. He only gave us 2 room keys even though we payed $70.000 pesos per person additional and the ere were 4 of us. He also failed to inform us how to use the key card in the elevator and we ended up in the garage. He also made it seem like because we arrived late that we would not be accommodated with the appropriate number of beds (3) that we had requested. After all that when we finally make it to our room we find that unlike the posted pictures, there is not even a curtain between the master bedroom and the kitchen area so when I stepped out of the shower hallway, everyone could see me immediately. Our room listed 2 rooms but this was a studio apartment. So due to the lack of privacy we went downstairs to the bar. The same doorman was there and he sat us on the couch in front of what he called a “self service bar” this is basically what i always have available in every hotel room but somehow we were in the lobby faced with a single mini fridge full of mostly coca cola. He went back to the front desk to blare his music from his phone and sing along loudly while we sat quietly unattended. We asked him if we could visit the pool and he said it was reserved so no. The morning was better and they offered us warm hospitality. The biggest disappointment though was the lack of privacy in the overpriced bedroom.

Property was ok but rather expensive for what it is. They show images of room and facilities of a washing machine for self use, however there isn’t one available. Rather overly expensive fee for a pet and they didn’t provide water and food bowl as advertised, no bottled water in room, no coffee creamer or sugar. Pool was nice other than than nothing special

Stay was amazing and rooftop patio was the perfect spot for my proposal. Best of all she said yes!

Excellent stay!! Excellent location (walking distance to Zona Rosa and short drive to Park 93...both areas full of restaurants), superb staff (the front desk and breakfast staff went above and beyond). Great breakfast too. Right outside Cassa Homes is a nice park with plenty of outdoor gyms - if that interests you. As far as our Cassa studio, it exceeded our expectations. The studio was spacious and modern....with an amazing bed.

Loved how big the apartment was, the only thing I was a little upset was that there was only one tv in the apartment they should put another one in the living room/kitchen area
