Awesome. Loved it here. Price was great. Room was modern and well equipped. Would go back without hesitation. Possibly the best hotel out of the 10 I used during my stay in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Its a very nice hotel. Its a great location close to everything thats good about Antwerp. Its a shame the streets by the hotel are full of dog droppings, homeless/unfortunate folk all around the station. It smells bad on those streets by the hotel. Its not the hotels fault...but someone from the municipal services needs to do something.

The light options in the room were really cool, the little shop downstairs is very convenient and i was able to borrow cutlery without a problem, also ice machine since it was very hot was a nice touch. Staff are nice too :)

Our room was a mess

Great location near train station and shopping and dining in the main district. Staff is nice and helpful. Incredible prices. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but both rooms we stayed in weren't clean enough, the floor was not even vacuumed.

It was my second time at this place. My room had an hygiene issue and I was ignored twice by the employees. the problem was solved only because Aline took care of the situation and managed very well and quickly a serious problem. She was extremely kind and professional. Because of her, I am going to consider this place for the next time ! Also, cleaning every three nights it’s a very poor standard. Sustainability is important but the cleaning schedule could be a customer’s choice.

Good hotel for when you are away from home and you arrive late from anywhere, 24 hours you can buy something to eat and if you want to stay longer you can talk to the staff and there is an offer. Very good!

Hotel must have been good when new but no repairs or updates have likely been made for example our toilet would not stop running, our rain shower sprayed everywhere except down and the hand shower leaked from the base, the shower pan would not drain and besides all that the water leaked out. The hotel itself is still a decent value but what ruins it all is the staff. The male front desk staff member was downright rude and arrogant. The other front desk staff were good. Overall if a better value exists nearby, I suggest taking it. We will not stay here again!

Wonderful staff, great location, room was clean and updated. Liked their stance and support of environmental and societal responsibility.

Great, close to the station, nice breakfast

Overall it’s a great please to stay specially if attending festival and want to stay close to train station. Clean, great breakfast and a gym. Rooms were clean and very friendly staff. The only minor issue we had was the shower drainage that was not properly let the water go and it was stuck. We informed the staff but it seems like it’s not a issue to be fixable quickly.

Super cute and modern hotel. The room has tons of little practical details. Very clean. The all in one shower was a little inconvenient since it got all wet. But it might have been a disabled room? Huge bathroom though. No way to open the windows to air. Super close to the train station and great for Tomorrowland

For the price I was expecting something of less quality, but this hotel surprised me, the lobby is incredible. The staff offered quick help for my queries. Room was clean, modern, convenient, more than enough for what I paid. The TV was Smart so I could watch movies from my streaming platforms. I loved it!

Great clean rooms. Laundry facility

The shower was not draining and the shower head handle was broken and the water was spraying all over. I shared with the front desk the first day - was told it will get fixed and it was not. We were offered the room next door to shower as we did not want to move after we unpacked.

Very nice and beautiful hotel

We had a great stay, unfortunately the receptionist charged my credit card twice and is now not responding for the refund. Shame, very nice hotel, but given this silly nonsense we probably won't come back.

Awesome hotel. Modern and clean. Staff could be a little more friendly but that is all. I have stayed here as part of a 24 night tour and this was one of the 10 places I stayed at. It was the best one.

The hotel is excellent. Eco friendly and really clean. Check in staff were great and reception is a good relaxed area. Rooms are spacious and all kitted out with state of the art led programmable lighting. Air con works well. Bar downstairs a very reasonable price as is the rooms. Six stars all round.

Loved the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, and the beds were sooo comfortable. Our daughter loved the swing on the terrace.

Value very good, the main issue is the bathroom. There isn't actually a bathroom, just a frosted glass toilet and shower which make is incredibly uncomfortable having to watch who ever you are staying with use the toilet and shower! Additionally I do not believe the light in the toilet can be turned out without turning on all the lights forcing you to either wake up who you are with to use the toilet (who can of course hear everything!) or try using phone light.

Excellent option

This is the 2nd time we stayed here in this hotel, coincedentally we got the exact same room as before. We choose this hotel mainly because of the location. Right across the train station and within 5 min. walk from the city center and the Zoo. Breakfast facility was good, not great. Fresh orange juice and a diversity of coffees and bread. Though the juice dispenser only provided water, not the juices that were displayed. Another minor service setback was that we requested a babybed at the time of the booking, checked up on this request by phone prior to our arrival and even at our check-in again asked if the babybed was in our room. When we got into our room.....no babybed. So we had to go downstairs again to urge the staff to bring a babybed as it was already past our baby's bedtime. We had to wait another 15 minutes for this bed to arrive at our room.

I requested to the guy at the lobby a repair in the room, before 13.00, since I had an important meeting or to change the room.He said no need since it was easy to fix it. When I arrive at 13.00 situation was the same…I asked to change the room but he unpolitly said no…that he would fix it later. I am sorry but this is not the way to act with a loyal client. Thanks
