This hotel is quiet and clean. The bed was really comfortable! Breakfast was good too.

Overall this location was perfect for our stay. Our beds were so comfy, but I got the suite with the pull out couch bed. Since there was six of us in the room. The Mattress in the pull out bed was so thin and my friends could feel the springs digging into their backs. Plus, I asked if staff could make the bed for them, but they just said they leave the stuff to dress the bed in the closet and for us to do it. There was questionable stains on the couch cushions as well. Otherwise, the room was clean and bathroom was huge. The pool was slightly small but still nice, and the breakfast had a good spread. Staff was very friendly as well. So overall, place was nice, but just a few things that could have been better.

Centrally located around many shopping and food areas. Was easy to navigate to expressway. I was surprised to see cereal that other guests had dropped on the floor while returning to there rooms was not cleaned up 24hrs later

Fast easy check-in. Great breakfast options. Very busy due to concerts in area, but everyone was friendly and efficient.

I ALWAYS stay at the Holiday Express (at least once a month) for business. The free breakfast food is awesome, and the hotel is new and fresh. Rooms are quiet and spacious. ONLY complaint is the room found dirty socks in the closet and used K cup in the Kuerig. Just a reminder - that someone else was there the night before. But I will be back

Great breakfast.

Our stay was okay. The pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom needs to be updated. The toilet was so low. The lowest toilet I ever seen and the toilet seat felt like it was going to break. There was low water pressure in the shower and the tub was plugged. Took the water a long time to go down the drain. You had to stand in water while you were taking a shower. And I hated the dove liquid soap to wash your hands. Would’ve liked a bar soap. The lady at the front desk was friendly.

I've stayed at this property several times now and have never been disappointed. Very clean, great neighborhood, and the staff are great!

Very well cleaned, great staff and service. The only negative is the breakfast. Even though complimentary it was the "dry/powdered scrambled eggs and plastic like sausage" etc. For the price point there are considerably better real food complimentary breakfast at hotels in the area.

Ryan at the desk was very kind, helpful and made us feel important.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was new and clean. It was quite noisy in the lobby due to kids running around. There were kids playing snall basketball in front of the elevator area (where were the parents...). The staff could have done something.

Ryan greeted my arrival with a big smile and a friendly hello. He was very kind and professional. I always stay here when I work in Milwaukee. It's clean and the beds are super comfy.
