Really enjoy staying at this property. The amenities were top notch. My only complaint is for the price parking should be included. Choices were either $70 a day valet or pay yourself. It was bothersome to have to keep worrying about the meter. All in all it was a great stay!

Overall we had a fabulous adult getaway with no real major complaints. We spent a small fortune but didn’t really care since we were treating ourselves to a couple kid free nights. The vibe was very relaxing and the space was calm and pretty clean overall.
The room itself was fine, but the beds were AWFUL. Pillows and mattress were so soft and not for me. We had a ‘dune view’ which sort of felt like an excuse for not clearing out the mess of dune grass and weeds and then call it something fancier than what it is.
The food was pretty good by the pool, bartenders were extremely nice but often missing. Possibly prioritizing residents since the space is shared among them.
Overall a nice place, but I would never pay a nightly rate like that again to stay here. For 1k a night I could be at any high end Caribbean hotel and not overlooking the top of an old building filled with seagulls.

A proper restaurant by the Pool would be a important contribution to the overall quality of the hotel .. Presently you are sitting on uncomfortable chairs fighting for shade .Needs to spend money on umbrellas and increase the options on the menu .. its a beautiful setting and lovely sitting area around the pool.. Needs a rethink on the Food

This was a beautiful hotel and right next to the boardwalk. The staff was very efficient and super responsive. The pool by itself is worth the stay. Lots of helpful staff and very willing to help and offer advice. The only thing that was a downside was the coffee maker in our room wasn’t working, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING. We have been a couple of times, and we will be back again soon. The staff is where it all begins and is why we will always stay at Asbury Ocean Club. They always go out of their way to be pleasant and make sure they are meeting and/or exceeding our needs. The friendliness is a sure refresher from everyday life.

The property is beautiful. Our room was a partial ocean view loft suite and it was large, well appointed and had a great outdoor deck. The food and drinks on site are delicious. The most noteworthy part of our visit was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and hospitable, especially George who brought our bags to our room and gave us a lay of the land. 10/10 will be back!

Book it, worth the splurge. This is our sixth time staying at the hotel and it has really become an annual family tradition for memorial day weekend with our two little boys. We love the modern style the pool area, and the rooms which are very modern and impeccably cleaned. The food choices are also great and the drinks at the bar are good. The staff is very attentive for the most part, few forgetful things here and there for dining service but not a biggie. Big shout out to Michele for always being very attentive. I’d like to mention other staff that made our stay great, but we have forgotten names: One is an African-American lady at the front desk and the bald man (lobby/ porter staff). See you again next time.

You have to like going to Asbury Park. We have been going to Asbury park many summers just for the day. This past weekend we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and decided to spend the weekend at Asbury Park. So we booked two nights at the Asbury ocean club. It’s a bit pricey no question about it but worth every penny. The staff is excellent and welcoming. The property is new and situated perfectly right on the beach. The rooms are nice and have beautiful balconies. The pool is nice awesome. So if you want to spend a couple of days at the beach and see how the other half lives. This is the property for you.

Fabulous in every way! The staff was amazing and beyond inviting and helpful (especially George and Debbie)! The rooms we’re comfortable, clean, quiet, and lovely! The food was delicious! The pool was outstanding and long enough to swim decent laps! We completely rejuvenated ourselves before moving on.

I'll start by saying thank you to the staff . They were all accomodating, amazing, great customer service . The room was impeccable. 2 things that I would like to highlight. The main entrance to check in was little tricky to find and the breakfast that my husband had found a hair inside the crepe and the choice of meat in the classic breakfast was missing so we wait a little while for that. But the manager was kind enough to do some service recovery and we opt not to have another set of crepes anymore.

There were several problems. No pool. Coffee maker did not work. No hot water one day. Limited dinner menu and appetizer size dinner

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate, food was great, view was amazing, I wanted to take the pillows from the bed home with me it was so comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else in asbury park.
