We are happy with all the services except the bar. I think they don’t have enough staff so the nite when we had drinks we have to wait long for services. Hope this could be improved.

From the moment we walked in, we were awestruck. The doors into the hotel were massive and opened like magic. The front desk team were so friendly and helpful, the bar staff were also great. The rooms were lovely and had so many wonderful and included amenities.

The hotel is very convenient for Haneda Terminal 3, just a 5 minute walk which takes all the stress of trying to get across Tokyo for a flight away. There are two parts to the hotel, the Grand, the small cheaper box rooms for a quick sleep and shower before a flight and the Premier with “normal” rooms. They each have separate reception areas, with the Premier being hidden away from the main entrance. The rooms are a decent size with a large bed and a very well equipped bathroom. If you have one or two nights back in Tokyo before catching a flight, I’d recommend the Premier (we satiated one night in the Grand last year before our flight and the Premier is worth every yen of the fairly small additional cost

The property is first rate. Absolutely the best airport hotel I’ve ever been in anywhere in the world. Calling it an airport hotel in fact doesn’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful property.

Onsen (hot springs) were awesome! Hotel was great for catching an early flight the next day..

Enjoyed the experience staying at Premier. After long flights nice place to relax to get over the jet lag and be ready for business.

Stayed only 1 night after long flight to Haneda. Hotel was excellent for resting. Great amenities, shower, bed. Would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay this past weekend. The staff and everyone were so friendly and check in/out was a quick and easy process. We had to stay an extra 2 nights because of Typhoon Amphil and extending was so easy and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at villa fontaine premier hotel in Haneda airport and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary toiletries and the well-stocked minibar.

Amazing hotel inside the airport

Great hotel located within the Haneda airport with onsen at the rooftop. If you like onsen, this is the best place visit when you arrive to Haneda or before you leave the Haneda for relaxing dip in the onsen to relieve fatigue from your long flight or preparing for your flight.

An amazing stay, I wish I had stayed longer than just two days. The food was great, service was great and loved the convienence to the airport

The hotel is clean, quiet and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The fridge was stocked with free drinks. After a long flight, it's nice to walk to such a great hotel, have a cold drink, take a bath and go to bed.

We stayed here one night to catch a flight back to USA. Very convenient just walk from arrivals hall to hotel never leaving the building. Can get your luggage to the room on the airport luggage cart. Very expensive they have 2 hotels premier and grand will stay in grand next time. Did not know this when booked.
