Found 3 roaches in the room. No air conditioning in the hallways, room was definitely smoked in. Towels weren’t very clean. Pool and hot tub didn’t work. Microwave in room constantly ran so it was unusable.

Late check in was good. Room AC did not work, sheets were very stained. Miserable night, but found another hotel that accommodated me much better.

The hotel is next to 4star one, could not use pool, pool was no clean, and my room is next to laundry room, so noisy, could not sleep at night!!

Great place to stay. Conveniently located between the beach, and the mall/shopping centers, and restaurants.

Swimming pool and area were filthy. Room had to be changed, no tv and a/c did not work. Next room was good except it was next to the hotel maintenance and laundry room, so it was noisy in our room all night! Stayed because of price. For ten dollars more I would have stayed next door.

Owner Jay and David were excellent in making sure our stay was amazing! The rooms are cleaned and you can smell how clean they are when you walk in. I love it. If you have an extended stay they will always make sure you have fresh towels and linens. I highly recommend.

Staff is super nice

The staff is really really excellent! Especially David. Everyone did absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean, we had no issues at all and even met some new friends while we stayed here. This hotel was reasonably priced and if we ran into any issues they resolved in a quick and professional manner. We definitely will be returning.

Overall the stay was horrible. Their is never anyone at front desk. I had to call to check in and had to put key in drop off box and call hotline to check out because the front desk number disconnected. The room was clean but horribly uncomfortable, then to top it off the room didnt have a coffee pot. I will never stay their again as I do not want to spend half an hour on the phone to check in or to ensure they check me out for such a basic and uncomfortable room.

The floor was nasty, and there were tons of cocroches all over the room. The elevator always smelled like BO too. Never ever will I stay at a OYO again. Nasty!!!

the only thing about this hotel is that you can hear everything from the hallway other than that is a good place to stay.

Dirty hallways, pool area. Pool was cloudy and hot tub didnt work. Room was clean thank goodness but smelled like incense soooo bad. No ice machine on 2nd floor. Very dirty overall. Took two days to empty trash in the hallway which never got cleaned.

Found a pack of cigarettes in our room and a Pringles lid in our bedding. Carpet, couch, lamp shades and walls were dirty/stained. Pillows were flat. Guest were trashy/ shady. People opening and closing doors all throughout the night loud enough to wake you up. Only cool thing was pool was open 24 hours, but it was dirty. Didn’t even have coffee in the lobby. Very disappointed with the hotel. Won’t book again. Good thing it was fairly cheap.

Made me pay $15 extra to check in before 3 pm. The lobby smells strongly of spices and food. The hallways were like sauna hot. Too many options in the area I won’t be back

The pictures on the website do not represent what this place actually looks like in person. The place smells of mold. When we got to our room, HOLY COW, it was a disaster and sickening. There was stuff all over the walls, sheets stain, bed reeked of urine, curtains falling off the track, holes in the walls, blood on the door, mold in the shower, toilet seat broken, moldy ceiling tiles, and the list could go on because the more we looked, the worse it got. Gladly booked our stay elsewhere.

The hotel was in terrible condition. The front door didn’t work so we had to enter through the side door, the ceiling tiles were brown and falling down. The handle to my bathroom kept coming off, the hotel smelt like weed. When we got in the bedding was dirty and had clumps of white stuff on it I had to ask for a new comforter.

The worst experience ever , constantly tried contacting the hotel and customer service unable to reach anyone the number was disconnected, then finally arrive at the hotel and the pictures don’t do justice , the hotel is ran down and trashy inside , there’s mold and it smells , the front desk attendance was presentable , and it just was friendly at all, arrive to the room, key card stopped working every single time we left and returned , the bath tub was full of rust , the sink was broken , the house keep comes in and goes whenever they want they don’t make announcement. i’ve stayed in a ton of hotel ; i don’t recommend this one AT ALL, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews like i was !!! Save your money and stay somewhere else

The room was spacious. No chair or type of seating besides the bed and a very old very unstable office chair.the fridge was left with food/drinks from the previous occupant. They have a bug problem could use to contact a exterminator. The property could splurge for coffee either at the front desk or pots in the rooms.

This was one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. First of all - the building is in terrible condition. Room keys didn’t work on any of the exterior doors, you weren’t able to enter through the lobby - but had to go to a door that was rigged to stay open (where a room key is usually required) - totally negating any type of security for guests. As for the room - not clean at all, there was a horrible damp smell during our entire stay. There was NO coffee pot in the room and none offered in the lobby. I have never stayed somewhere that didn’t have one or the other, it was ridiculous. Linens (from sheets to towels) were all stained. Staff was horrible and inconsiderate of their guests. To boot, there was no smoke alarm in our room - that alone has to be against so many building codes. Hotel stated they were a completely non-smoking establishment, yet all through the first floor there was a reek of stale cigarette smoke - and even as someone who smokes, that was extremely nasty to have to smell. This place not only needs a COMPLETE makeover - they need a full attitude check. I definitely do not recommend anyone stay here - it’s not worth the low rate. Invest a little more in your hotel room to get a comfortable stay, because you definitely won’t get it here.

Cheap place, you get what you pay for. Exterior doors propped open, no card access required to walk into entrances, front doors opened, downstairs and hallway ac units off and hot. Room ac worked fine. ROACHES found in both rooms rented. Would pay much for next time for better place.

Nothing really offered for breakfast, place does smell like old and humid. Did not look very clean but I guess for price you can't expect much
