Checked in at 10am. The property doesnt have a resto or cafe and not too many options in the area to eat in except for convenience stores. A 700meter walk to Ueno Ameyoko and more food choices are available. Train stations are similarly distanced. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the walk is always pleasant. We were a group of 5 fit in 1 clean and functional room. The bath had a washing machine! Plenty of space in the bath too. Kitchenette was very useful. All in all an enjoyable stay.

It was our second stay in the property. Check in went smoothly. All good as expected. Stayed one night before our flight home. Glad we chose this hotel again.

This place is a 10!! Super clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. The washing machine was so wonderful to have.

10 min walk to JR Ueno or JR Okachimachi station. 7/11, Lawson nearby. Well equipped apartment, spacious, good bed. Air condition was not in best shape-it was not perfect for hot Tokyo. We used laundry machine within the apartment, which was very convenient-washing gel together with basic toiletries is provided at the reception.

Hotel is very clean and well maintenance. Room is big enough to comfort a family size of 04. My kids are extremely utilizing bunk bed which they climb up and down. The staff there was very respectful and very polite, checking in and out was as easy as cutting a marshmallow!! I highly recommend this hotel to others who would love to travel to Japan and stay in style!!

Loved our stay here. We have a family of five and fit comfortably. The washer/ dryer was a game changer. We intentionally packed less because we knew we would be able to throw some loads of laundry in. The location is perfect. Close to multiple train stations including the narita airport skyliner making getting there with luggage pretty easy. Also very quiet because you aren’t in the middle of a busy district like shibuya. We cooked breakfast with the included pans and utensils and stored all kinds of drinks and snacks in the fridge. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Small room but everything was just clean. We slept well despite having a family of 5 in cramped space. Kitchen was well furnished. All-in-one W/D works but took a long time for one load.
Front desk was courteous and helpful.

The staff were very professional and helpful, the room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the Japanese bath tub ! The location is perfect for shopping, trains, taxi's. Highly recommend this establishment and will stay again.

Great amenities, beautifully clean. Soft bedding and pillows (a welcome comfort after a week on hard futons elsewhere!) We had a little confusion between this MONday apartment and the other one much closer to the station, but once sorted it was great and only about a 10 minute walk further . Would highly recommend.

The king size western traditional combo room was perfect for my young family. The kids slept on futons which was fun for them. That space then became available during the day.

the room i stay with equipped kitchen which come with a real fridge (with real freezer) and 2 head IH stove, rice cooker and washing machine etc. Good for family to stay.
I like the roomy wet zone area with bathtub which is a individual room from the sanitary room (basic area).
The toilet is separate from the bathroom. if they can provide some hooks/small table in the toilet area would be great, ppl can changing cloth in the toilet if the bathroom was using by someone else.

A lovely place to stay! My only complaint would be the cleaning, which happened very late in our stay and just seemed to reset what we'd set up (we had to remake the futon afterwards). But the hotel is very comfortable, the staff are friendly and kind, and the location is great.

We stayed here 7 nights. Such a perfect location away from the crazy crowds yet convenient enough to get to everything fast. So clean. Spacious by Japanese standards for sure. Perfect for me, my husband and 2 sons.

Clean, spacious room for 2 adults and 1 child (age 9). The kitchenette was well stocked, so it was easy to cook/prepare dinner after a long day of adventures/exploring (Maruetsu supermarket not too far away). Perfect location...easy walk to multiple subways, safe/walkable streets, and extremely quiet. Loved having a washer/dryer in the room and detergent was available at the front desk. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend!

Poor experience when asked for keeping my baggages. UENO-SHIN-OKACHIMACHI was the main hotel to stay during this trip. My plan was to leave my baggaes when check out on 1/23 and check in again on 1/25. Unfortunately the front service did not accept keeping my baggages, so I had to travel with my baggages to Echigo Yuzawa. That's very poor experience I've ever encountered before. I had no choice to cancell my 3th check-in on 1/29 and seek for another hotel.

Our room can sleep 4 adults with 2 Twin Beds and 1 Twin Bunk Bed. The room is actually small for 4 adults. We use the washer/dryer everyday but the entire cycle last 4 hour on each load. The AC wasn't comfortable and made me stuffy nose. We had to turn off the AC most of the time although it was cold outside. The staffs were not as friendly as the staffs in the hotels I stayed in Japan. I asked for an extra pillow but they told me they couldn't offer extra pillows. One staff told me that I couldn't store my luggage after the checked out. But I did see other guests were allow to leave their luggages at the lobby after the checked out. I chose this hotel because the room can accommodate 4 people, but I won't stay at this place in future.
