I love the adult only infinity pool and the staff however the surrounding properties are a bit of an eyesore. Also the beach available to guests in not very appealing.

The room was clean and enjoyed the room service. I paid for a balcony room and did not receive it nor did they tell you about the extra hundred dollars a night until you got there.

Upon arrival we were greeted with glasses of champagne. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary!! We were later given a bottle of champagne. The entire staffs were willing to help with anytime you need.

Everything about this property was great EXCEPT if you book a pool view room make sure to call immediately after you book and tell them you do not want to be on the 1st floor because you cannot see anything from most of the first floor rooms, ven though they face the pool. You will have what I consider a garden view, a view of bushes and walkways. You literally cannot see the pool. I was very upset because I paid extra for a pool view and received this. They would not change my room! I complained from the time I arrived and for two days after and was given the run around. After two days I realized they were not going to do anything. At this property you are treated like a number, they will not make any changes or accommodations for guests. I was very disappointed with this aspect of the resort.It put a damper on my entire trip because it set the tone. No one ever apologized or even reached out to attempt to fix the problem. Just repeatedly told me to wait to hear back from different employees or to call back. I also asked for a 12 o'clock checkout because our flight was a little later and was told no. I'm not a difficult guest and it was embarrassing to have to continue to call and try to get my room changed to what it should be. Other than this the stay would have been 5 stars. The food at the restaurant was great. The amenities were great. Beautiful resort. But there are other resorts in the area that make guests feel more than just a number that are just as nice.

A great choice! Super friendly staff. Rooms are HUGE! Had a large balcony with a beautiful view from the 12th floor. Pools are nice, facilities are clean. Convenient location and easy walk to Moomba Beach Bar and the water. Will definitely stay there again!

The property and staff of Radisson Blu was amazing. It is close to shopping and restaurants and casino. It was very convenient to go anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful, new, very clean. We had a spacious suit with a balcony and ocean view. The ocean wasn't as close as I expected however.

Evrything was great. The rooms and property were clean and in a great laoction. Staff was very helpful and kind. Antonio and Dana were great and really helped us out with everything including personal recommendations for resturants and things to do which we loved.

I absolutely loved this resort and the surrounding area. The resort was quiet and peaceful. The only thing I wish was that they were stricter with enforcing the adult only pool. Aruba is the perfect place and the Raddison Blu is the perfect resort! The rooms are big and comfortable! The view is amazing.

I had an issue with my stay, tried to address with manager and was told since I booked through hotels.com I need to reach out there to resolve. Although my stay was a pay at property booking. Water leaking in living room Loud construction noise at 9:30 am waking us ip from our sleep . Poor service at breakfast restaurant.

The staff at this hotel was very accommodating and extremely nice and definitely went out of their way to make you feel at home. Santos, Dana, the girls at the Clover coffee shop super nice and friendly. Will definitely recommend family and friends to this hotel, and hopefully will be back soon.

Beach access is a 5min walk very easy and convenient location

Great property (the lobby is a little stuffy) !! The property used to be condos so the rooms are like an apartment. They even have 2bdr and 2 baths.The rooms were a great size, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of space lounge on the couch and watch TV or sit on the balcony appreciate the view. Service was great, the pools were great, loved the food and drinks at the Sunset Bistro and pool bar. This property is a block away from the strip. You can walk to any casino, restaurant, or souvenir shop.

The infinity pool was the best. Never had to fight for chairs. Best location for shopping and dining.

Property was ni e and clean. Could have used washer and dryer. Couch covers needed replacement. Would of been ni e to bw offered an oceanview room. Staff was amazing.

We had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu. Originally I decided against booking at this hotel ( because of reviews on beach access) but changed back to it last minute. I'm sooooo glad I did. It was the perfect place for our vacation. Pros- The staff were super helpful & friendly. We were always greeted with a smile. We loved Sergi. The rooms are spacious, clean & beds were so comfy. The area is walkable with good restaurant choices on the tourist strip and the beach. Cons- The hotels beach is by the pier and filled with boats. It's not the nicest so we didn't utilize it. Aruba is BEAUTIFUL with so many gorgeous beaches . I highly recommend staying at this hotel but venturing out to see all Aruba had to offer. Will definitely stay here again when we return. LOVED IT!!!

Great location and accommodations.

Loved my stay here so much! Great staff, the concierge was so helpful, perfect location with so many restaurants and excursions in walking distance and 2 beautiful pools on the property. Our room was very nice and spacious. The restaurant on the property was convenient, along with having the option to use the beach shuttle. There are limited chairs though for the beach area so you need to get there early to get one but otherwise looking forward to returning!

Access to the beach was a joke, staying 6 days and never got a chair, plus the beach was at the end of a pier with boats

We had a great time here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved how spacious the rooms are and how it had everything we needed. The beach is easier to walk to then to wait for the shuttle bus as it was not alway consistent on the time. Would love it if there were more beach umbrellas available on the beach. I would also recommend to have some amenities at the beach like the floaties and loungers that other close by resorts had available for their guest. Another recommendation is to have the shuttle bus bring people to eagle beach as Palm beach is so close you can just walk it. I would also recommend having a few more activities especially for kids to do. The few things they had were right in the middle of the day like 2pm when people were out on excursions or at the beach. Maybe doing those events either in the mornings or evenings when people are at the resort. We loved the concierge Valentina. She was truly amazing and very patient with us. We will definitely be back.
