The Radisson blu was amazing, i loved that it was not over crowded, and close to EVERYTHING, we loved the atmosphere and tranquility of the resort and the location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property had everything for solo, couples or family stay. The room views were excellent, as were the spa and pool amenities. My favorite part was watching the sunset from the 3rd floor adults only infinity pool. From check in thru check out, the staff were attentive, helpful, friendly and just great overall. This was my 1st visit to Aruba and I intend to return to the Radisson Blu Aruba.

The hotel was overall pretty and clean except for a few things that I noticed. The pools should be cleaned more frequently from leaves and debris. Also there were stains on the sheets and quite a bit of towels and washcloths with stains on them. The air conditioning in the room seemed to barely be working despite decreasing the thermostats temperatures simultaneously and it took time for the shower water to run warm (it never gets hot) and the faucet water wouldn't get warm at all. The pools aren't heated which was another downside as the water becomes really chilled in the evening.

We came to Aruba 25 yrs ago and did not have a good experience. People were not friendly. After 25 yrs and many of my friends going several times telling us to go back we did for our 25th anniversary. We travel a lot and have been to several places in and out of the US. We are sitting in the airport sad that we have to go. To begin with, the Radisson Blu was absolutely amazing. The property was magnificent and the ALL of the staff made us feel so welcome. They took care of our every need. We’d like to give a special shout out to some of the staff. Valentina our concierge was absolutely amazing. She set up all of our excursions and made sure we were happy at all time. The front desk staff Alexander and Jay were equally accommodating and Robinson out by the pool made sure we had everything we needed. And lastly but not least Dana at the front door was also amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect. In the middle of all the shops, restaurants and casinos. Aruba is absolutely beautiful in every way. If you don’t like large crowds I recommend coming in late Sept or early October. I’m told it gets really crazy after October. The cost of the hotel was 2/3rds less than down the beach but the accommodations were equal to any location on the island. I would recommend going to the DePalm island for a day. Open bar and food all day for $104 pp and for an additional $50 each, private beach and waiters. We will definitely be back. Hope to see you there.

I had an issue with my stay, tried to address with manager and was told since I booked through hotels.com I need to reach out there to resolve. Although my stay was a pay at property booking. Water leaking in living room Loud construction noise at 9:30 am waking us ip from our sleep . Poor service at breakfast restaurant.

The infinity pool was the best. Never had to fight for chairs. Best location for shopping and dining.

Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly.

The property is a block from a bustling part of downtown with plenty of dining options. It's a few blocks to the beach with a shuttle going every 30 min (didn't use). The 3 bedroom suite we stayed in was nice and everyone at the hotel was friendly. The issues we found were the following: Beach - Radisson has umbrellas there, but there are not nearly enough for the number of rooms (There are about 30 spots... a family of 4 will take ~1/8 of those spots). If you're not there by 8:30 am, you'll need to rent from another vendor ($35/day). After the first day, I would reserve the spots at 8 am, but it's a pain on vacation. More importantly, there is something wrong with Moomba beach... the sand feels squishy and smells like sewage once you're 20 or so feet from shore. We thought it might be decomposing seaweed, but when we tried beaches around De Palm Pier and a few closer to Moomba, we did not have those issues (those beaches were pristine). Pool: On the first day, we decided to swim until the room was ready. It's nice enough on the surface, but once you dive, there were all sorts of bandaids, hairballs, and plenty of other debree on the bottom. Kind of gross. Room cleaning: was mostly non existent. Every other day they would make the beds, but you had to ask for coffee refills, towels, etc. Also, whatever crumbs the kids dropped stayed there until we cleaned it up (no one vacuumed or mopped)
