The entire staff from the bellboys, reception (check-in), concierge, hostess, restaurant managers, waiters, chefs, food and drink service manager, bartenders, shops attendants, cleaning crew and pool staff were fantastic. My wife have gluten allergy and the restaurants took care of her in a very impressive manner. The coffee shop ordered gluten free items for her that were even transported separate from the regular order. We are definitely returning next year.

Everything was outstanding from front desk to the restaurant and how can I forget pedrito who took care of us at the pool area was very attentive and helpful He made our stay more enjoyable.

I stayed at this resort for seven days and had an amazing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the food was consistently delicious. The resort also offered a variety of fun activities throughout each day, ensuring there was always something enjoyable to do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. A perfect getaway!

Very clean

I spent 3 nights with my family at the Hilton Cancun all inclusive, and our overall experience was phenomenal. I upgraded to a suite on the 7th floor with a beach view and a wrap around balcony with a pool view; it was big and beautiful and the kids loved it. Room service prepared and delivered 3 meals(pasta, a burger and a sandwich) in 30 minutes at 200am. The personnel was friendly and professional. The food was excellent at Auma, Maxal; Vela's buffets(breafast and dinner) were varied and outstanding. I wish I had been able to eat one of Vela's lunches. Sunan, the Asian restaurant, was so so. The Azulinda market had good food overall. Their chocolate and strawberry cakes were chewy because they were made with fondant, stay away from those. Their coffee is very good. I was not able to get a reservation for la luce. The Churros were great. It would be a good idea to get there early if you want to book reservations to their best restaurants, otherwise it can get complicated. They have a car rental service and a tour booking service on site and available shuttles to their sister property and the Cancun Airport. Kid's corner had ton of activities for kids including moving nights, spanish classes, face painting and si much more...It is a great place for kids and teens. All in all, it was an outstanding experience. I will definitely return if I am ever in that area of Cancun.

Our stay was simply amazing. The food was so delicious. The staff was so polite and always available and ready to help. The rooms were clean and the entire property looked well managed! We loved it! 10/10

Everything were excellent except for the Asian food at the Asian Restaurant. It was horrible!!! The Service was very poor. The food were terrible. It took 2hrs for my main course to come to me, and the fish was overcooked, chewy and rubbery, it is not fish! The noodle was from INSTANT NOODLE package (cheap). Japanese sushi salad was also with instant noodle! Sushi rolls were mushy-like! The chef should have learned and trained how to cook Chinese or Japanese food before offering to public!

The perfect resort for families with kids :)

If they change there staff I will give them a second chance, it is very expensive and the staff it is horrible, there is one of the restaurants that the specialist on meat, any of my nights at the property that was availability , only when I left, that it is ridiculous and I start since I arrived.

My family stay at Hilton Cancun 5 days on my vacation, anything was great. Overall perfect place to stay for vacation. This is my first time travel to Cancun, I am skeptical of where’s to stay at Cancun but I’m glad I picked Hilton. I would recommend to all guests

This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort and I loved it. Staff was very friendly, and the food was good especially for a resort. Will most likely stay here again

Beautiful property with easy access to the beach. Amazing customer service from all staff. Food really good in the food carts, Mexacaleria, Vela and La Luce.

Firstly, i have to stress how serviceable, friendly and attentive the staff of the hotel is. There was not a single interaction where i was not greeted sincerely and every time i would ask something they would go above and beyond to meet the request. So Staffing is a 10 out of 10 Now the downside is i was at this property 2 years ago and I noticed some wear of the facilities which they dont seem to pay enough attention or provide proper maintenance. 1. The kids pool had multiple games that just didnt work. The biggest attraction which is the 5 feet tall bucket that gets filled up with water and then drops into the pool hardly had water filling it uo and others just didnt work at all 2. Auma restaurants didn't have air conditioning working at all. So eating there was complicated 3. Overall you could see many air conditioner vents condensating and leaking to the tables 4. The kids pool had mats because the floor got ripped or something 5. One day i noticed the power went off for a few seconds and on that same night the fire alarms falsely triggered 2 times Many other details which to me in a matter of 2 years are significant because it show lack of proper building maintenance

Very clean, Great and friendly staff! Check in process was a little slow but other than that, everything is exceptional! Food and drinks is the best! I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is OK, staff attention was great in special in the pool area, one of the server was amazing, in the dinning area, at La Luce rstaurant the waitress went beyond my expectations, also at the Auma Restaurant the attention was great. The only thing I was not confortable at all was the pool, it was super dirty, it needs more clorox, there was mold in between the tiles of it and even the crust from the mold were floating all over the pool, the water was not clear and the sunscreen from peoples body were detected on the water ..!!

Only had to pools that were small and only kids friendly,not recommended for adults with no small kids.

this is a great property and hotel, be aware that its not blue water like hotel zone in cancun. other than that everything is awsome
