This was one of the best stays at a hotel that we've had. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the kitchen staff! Will recommend to anyone who is going to Orlando or the Disney vacations!

Fairfield is a nice, economical option close to Disney. Because the hotel is newer, things are in good condition. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was actually really good and a little different each day. But, each day you could make Mickey waffles! The room itself is small, with not a lot of drawers. Additionally, the sink is not separated from the shower/toilet area. If you have numerous people trying to get ready this may be a problem. But, I would definitely stay here again for the price, convenience, and included breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities and a short drive to all Disney parks and attractions. Good food options in the plaza next to the hotel as well.

The building was fairly new and area was pretty good.
There is a Target across the street and several restaurants.
The hotel is 15 to 25 minutes from most Disney parks during peak hours. Keep this in mind when you are booking your hotel.
Universals and SeaWorld is further away.
The housekeeping staff could use some improvement. They were supposed to service the room every other day. However, they did not show up as expected. Even after informing the front desk for the following day to make up, they did not show up.

Close drive to Disney parks. Target and restaurants across the street. Staff was very friendly and breakfast had lots of options. The iron was not working called front desk and received a new one within 30 mins.

Great place to stay for the parks being conveniently located next to a retail park. Appreciated the free varied breakfast with a different menu every day. Room was clean. Things to improve on - housekeeping was only offered every other day. The air con in the room was quite noisy and rooms facing the car park were noisy at night too.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean, the free breakfast was great, pool was good, super close to Disney. My only complaint was the mattresses were rock hard.

Overall my family had a great time! Loved the breakfast and the pool! The restaurant on-site was great too! The only thing that kinda sucked was they only do housekeeping every other day. So for our whole trip no one came to empty our trash. With small children in diapers that can be an issue. Other than than it was still a great time.

The service, cleanliness, and comfort was amazing from the moment we arrived until the very moment we check out.
This hotel is in a very good location of food places and a Target, if you need anything. The area was safe and left you with the comfort of its surroundings.
Disney is only 15 minute ride away. Not costly if you are choosing to use an Uber or Lyft. It is about 30-35 from Orlando International Airport.
The room was clean and fresh. The pillows could have been better but just ask for an extra one if you need more than the provided in the closet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice selection was offered at breakfast. It is definitely a hotel I will stay at again.

If you’re looking for a way to save a few bucks on your Disney trip, look no further. Hotel is 15 minutes max from each park and saved us hundreds of dollars and only had to pay a fraction of that back in Uber costs.
Staff was all great, pool bar/kitchen was very friendly, served great food and was conveniently open late enough you could get food after a day at the park. Continental breakfast was an amazing daily spread as well. Beds and rooms were fantastic, really really good bang for your buck here. And located in a great area which looks to be growing quickly with restaurants etc

Requested an accessible room and was given one with a tub i stead of a roll in shower. We asked about moving and they were very accommodating. Loved the bar and food by the pool. Service was great!

This is my second stay here and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is amazing and so is the staff. It has a huge pool a pool bar! Very comfortable all around.

The hotel is very clean and new. Love the free breakfast and they have a lot of options. Great option for family if you’re going to Disney as it is very close to Disney. The staff are great and approachable. We’ll definitely be back again.

The breakfast is great, staff is very friendly and helpful.. place is very clean I stay at least once per month when I go to disney. The only disappointing thing is that every single time I log into my netflix account it keeps logging me out about every 90 seconds. Sometimes I have to log in ten or twenty times to be able to actually watch something. This is super annoying since I usually arrive late at night and just want to watch a bit of tv before going to sleep. It has been like that the last 4 stays. And obviously that was in 4 different rooms, so it is not the tv, something to do with the system. I hope this can get resolved.
