Came to visit our daughter in San Antonio and wanted a room near her apartment.

Excellent hotel

Very clean. Close to the airforce base. Stayed there for graduation and was very satisfied with our stay.

Ants found in room by the bed and in the bathroom

Staff was courteous.

the hotel was nice plenty of good food spots in walking distance attractions are not far away as well and the rooms has 2 tvs that was very cool and different

The property was good all around except for a weird smell.

Second time I stay at this property and I have enjoyed it. Cleaned and in a very good area. Will stay here again.

Hotel was what I needed, very convenient, staff was very kind. Definitely coming back.

We stayed for the weekend and it was a very convenient location for our SeaWorld trip. Housekeeping came each morning, during the night it was very relaxing and quiet, bathroom was clean, beds comfortable, clean pool. The only thing I will say is parking fills fast so if you’re out late expect to park at one of the restaurants on the same lot, overall a very good choice!

Overall it was clean and staff were friendly. Disappointed that they were going to charge 30 dollars to check in even 15 min early. While the room was ready.

Wow!! The guy that checked us in was great!! Never had I seen this customer service at a hotel. It was a great hotel, the room was clean and very spacious. We were very impressed by the customer service, the room, the hotel. There are many restaurants around. The pool was nice a little small but nice. Breakfast was simple but good.

The hotel was spotless and everything in good working order. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The one thing that's good about the location was it's near to Seaworld. Quite easily located near the main intersection and you can use that to reach anyplace in San Antonio. Front desk were quite helpful, especially the morning staff. They identified the best spots to park for the river walk. Parking was slightly painful as there were limited spots as compared to the rooms available. What we didn't like about this La Quinta was the breakfast. Appalling quality and very very little choice. The place has a comparatively smaller dining area so we had to share a large table on one day. The toaster broke on the 2nd day and we had to eat cold bread. They should offer healthier options and warm food else should remove breakfast inclusions and reduce that from the room charge. It's not worth it.

Great customer service!

The Hotel had a very moldy, Smokey odor to it. The carpets were dirty and stained as was the beds. The walls were written all over with crayons. Was very odd since the ratings were so good. We planned a 3 night stay to take the family to Seaword, Aquatica, etc. we literally checked out 30 min after checking in. We ended up booking somewhere else and had a much more comfortable stay. Completely disappointing since they told me since I booked through hotels.com that none of my trip was refundable. You live and you learn.

When we arrived I was charged a total of $100 deposit on two rooms which I was never told until check in.. Then I was charged an around $500 again for two rooms which they said was just a thing for pre authorization again was never told of this. Then again the total amount of the two rooms were charged upon checking out. Which was another $592.00. The air did not work well in my room and there was burn holes in the sheets of the second room. This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Staff was extremely rude when I brought up my charges and was concerned.. I would not recommend this hotel if you are on a budget with their hidden fees. Location was great but the kids running and screaming down the hall and slamming doors until 2:30 am was unacceptable and the elevator was dangerous with water from people using the pool.
