The shower handle fell off, there was a light that flashed all night on the fire alarm. Which sounds like it was normal and didnt need to be fixed. Was offered a sleep mask which seemed odd. The bathroom fan ran all the time with no shut off switch.

The stay was great! The room that I was in was small, but clean and up to date. The service and staff was great from the time I checked in until the time I left. I highly recommend, and will definitely stay again.

The property was in new condition. The front desk staff made minimal effort. They put a $50 hold on my credit card and didn’t remove it for more than three weeks.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly! The ice machine and juice machine is broken, which was unfortunate but the breakfast hostess Glenda was so accommodating! She was on top of her job! She provided juice refills and made sure all breakfast items were replenished at a fast pace and was so wonderful!

Our stay was really good the only downside was the air conditioner in the room. I am one who needs noise at night. I did not have the option To let the fan continuously blow therefore I did not rest well and I got hot every time it kicked off.
One more thing I didn’t realize there was an airport near. I heard airplanes landing and taking off all night long. You need to Let people know I had of time

Stayed 1 night. Staff was super friendly. Room was decent size. Well kept and very clean. Safe area. Overall a great experience and would stay here every time I visit the Memphis area. My one and only complaint was it was so close to the airport it sounded like the planes were right outside the room. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me when I tried to go to sleep tho.

Nice hotel for our weekend stay to attend an Ole Miss football game. Only complaint was ice machine not working and beds were hot. Nice area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Easy drive to Oxford for the game.

Clean, basic room about 15 minutes from Memphis International Airport. Commute on a Saturday early morning on a Saturday. Free parking, close to places to eat, gas up.

The hotel was nice but the room I was staying in was too small in between the bed and one chair inside room was very uncomfortable. This only ice machine was working at all!! That was very inconvenient for me.

Stayed for the weekend for my son's college game. Hotel was great close to interstate and restaurants. Our check-in was easy, staff was nice. Our room was nice and clean. We was disappointed in the breakfast there were no hot food items. Only continental food option. Previously at simular hotel there would be a buffet style food. We ate at IHOP for the rest of the weekend.

I was really expecting more. The rooms didn’t have a microwave and the refrigerator was warm. Ice machine was down until the day we checked out. Front desk person was rude in my opinion after I told her about the coffee machine needing another filter. No pool!!

Guest services was awesome. However we couldn't adjust the air in our room, when mentioned. We were offerd another. At midnight on the second day. Which would have been a real hassle with all the stuff we would ha e to pack just to move. It was midnight and weather outside had dropped so we figured 73 in the room should be ok. However woke extremely hot only the fan on the AC was working. We were up and out by 7am.

Overall, the property is good. There was ample parking and we felt safe being there. The room seemed to have just been spot cleaned though. My pillow smelled like someone had already slept on it. The shower floor did not feel clean and the wallpaper in the bathroom was dirty and peeling.

Mattress was super uncomfortable. It’s basically a futon mattress. Thermostat controls didn’t seem to do what you wanted it to. Probably wasn’t wired with all the options.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Room was very clean! I loved the way they had it set up, makes it very roomy and convenient. The breakfast was good to, they had several options to choose from. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. They have done a fantastic job at this hotel!!

Staff was INCREDIBLY friendly. Unfortunately, there was hair all over the shower as well as on the towels that definitely were not mine. Water in the shower never got lukewarm, let alone hot. I’m in 4 hotels in 4 days and this was by far, the worst for cleanliness.

Every thing was great only problem is they hold your deposit for up to 14 days after you check out. The staff were great and the room was very clean.
