The hotel was clean and so comfortable.. I will certainly stay at a Marriott Residence inn again..

My room was cancelled! Me and my baby had to sleep in the car.

The customer service here is top notch! I highly recommend staying at Residence Inn in Pearl, MS.

This was our first stay at a Residence Inn and it was a good experience end to end. The staff was kind and helpful, the room well appointed and clean, the hotel writer and orderly, the workout room minimal but functional. The only negative was the fold out bed: unsleepable. But folded back as a couch, it worked fine and I had a fine night's rest.

Check in was fast and easy. The room was very nice and clean.

Decent place, comfortable and clean room. The dispenser in the shower was out of shampoo.

I have stayed at this location for a couple weeks outta every month for almost 4 months and I have ALWAYS been BERY SATISFIED here!!!!

We booked and room for 3 people through hotels.com and when we arrived they gave us a room with only one bed. When we asked to be moved to a room for 3, we were told we could not do that. It took a call to the manager with an unprofessional attitude from the staff (Johnny) in order to switch rooms. When we arrived to the new room there was an air vent hanging off the bathroom ceiling, a panel missing from the TV console and hair in the bathroom - run down and not thoroughly cleaned to say the least. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The cleanines, quiteness, and the Manager who was excellent in Service

One of the main reasons we come back to this specific location is because of one of their front desk associates - Sam! He makes it pleasurable and feel like a home away from home!

Overall it was a lovely stay. Clean, quiet and accessible to the freeway.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to places to eat and easy access to the I-20.

The staff was super nice.

The hotel was outstanding I would recommend it to anyone going to Pearl

I have stayed here mary times but wasn't happy with the stay this time, love this hotel, 1st ,I was put in a handicap room and wasn't told about this ,some of the things was broken, cabinet door, 2nd ,I had to iron a shirt and the iron mess it up with some black marks, 3rd ,I am not a small guy and the tub was to small, but I love this hotel and will continue to stay there

This is a new property so everything was clean shiny and new. The people made it great though. Sam was working the front desk when I called and conducted my check in. He was delightful and thorough.

The housekeeping staff were beyond unprofessional and rude. Confrontational when asked to do basic services. Angry to be at work yet obviously need the employment. My stay was personal/business related from Dec.21.2023-Jan.4.2023. The building is relatively new, but the half cleanings from housekeeping will surely age the property. It’s really sad, across the board, housekeeping and a few employees can literally ruin the reputation of a property. I frequently visit properties throughout the Jackson, Madison-Ridgeland and Pearl area for over a decade and it’s the same behavior. And these properties wonder why they can’t get max vacancy.

First time at this location, and they did not disappoint. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. We would stay again in the future.

Close to highway, pet friendly, Marcus at check-in was knowledgeable and pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the room with a sitting area and kitchen. I will make it a point to stay here again when traveling.

I love this place only thing I hated was they made us pay a pet fee

The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable and bath was spacious. The living room couch was uncomfortable and the "breakfast" was sub par. Overall the facility is very nice.

For a fairly new hotel I found the bed to be very uncomfortable and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and when I called about it there was no one on site to address it. I had to go down twice for towels and when I finally called to get housekeeping they did come but left the bed unmade.
