The coffee.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and kept me awake. No shades on the wall lamp. Just bulbs. No cream and sugar with the coffeemaker. Loud noise coming out of the bathroom vent. One of the elevators had an issue with the button area and it was a little scary. No carts available checking in and out. Breakfast was nothing like the pictures. Room was very small. Not what I am used to from a Hampton.

The breakfast was decent, basic but it wasnt bad. There was plenty of everything.

The toliet messed up in my parents bathroom and our air wasnt the best. However parking wasnt a problem and it was free. Also the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Price was decent

They were out of things for breakfast, staff wasn’t very welcoming. Rooms weren’t very clean. Sheets needed to be changed because they were not cleaned.

Terrible!

Didn't get the room i reserved and paid for. Broken lamps, no refrigerator, no cups or toiletries, soiled linens, blood spatter and spit balls on ceiling. Noisy toilet and barely functioning air conditioner units that were so loud you could not sleep with them on.

Nothing

The sheets had bed bug stains on them as well as on the wall at the headboard. WE DID NOT STAY.

The staff was nice

The hotel was dirty in the lobby there was a bisquit sitting for the entire time we were there. The room was dirty the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned they were sticky there was dust on top of everything. The air conditioner was loud and didn’t work well. There was a blood stain on the floor in the bedroom. There was a lot of awkward space. It wasn’t in a good area and to top it off the pool was green and had lily pads growing in it. Because of the unsanitary conditions of the hotel I refused to even eat the breakfast that was offered.

The location was good for where we needed to go. We were able to find some good shopping and eatery places. Some of the staff seem very pleasant.

When we arrived no luggage carts were available and that was understandable with the fullness of the hotel, however, during the entire stay only one elevator was working so the wait times were very long. The halls and elevator were not as clean as they normally would be at a Hampton Inn or even any Hilton Brand. The food was horrible so we ended up eating breakfast out each day. The room normally has a microwave and refrigerator but this only had the fridge. Our stay was 4 days and 3 nights and we were supplied with 2 washcloths and I had to ask for 2 more. Now because I was working a little while there, the room had no lighting by the desk as normal, just a lamp by the bedside which I could not move to the desk area. They did not even have the floor lamp by the Lounge chase like normal. Top it all off the bed was very uncomfortable due to the sheets continuously popping off the edges and the TV had a spot in the middle of it as if it were going to go out at any given moment.

The breakfast was good.
