Rooms at BLOOM are spacious and clean. Staff were polite and friendly. After paying so much on parking in Toronto elsewhere, we appreciated free parking at the hotel!

Great hotel by the airport, very clean. Only downside is you will hear noise from the frequent flying of planes.

Front desk lady is awesome. Perfume is too strong though in the lobby which can be bad for those with allergies. The rooms are nice and comfy, bed is little crush but overall would love to stay here again.

Our experience there was good. Just found a lot of hair around in the bathroom. Other than that it was good.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We stayed three nights. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was modern and beds were comfortable. The reception was friendly and accommodating and the room was very spacious (we had booked a barrier-free room). The only let down for us was the housekeeping. On the only time we had our room serviced during our stay, when we came back to the room in the afternoon, we were shocked finding the door open. Also no towels and facial tissues were available, which was a big letdown for us.

Clean and well maintained. Hot tub in the pool area would be nice. Breakfast was not the best!
In general service was good and decor is nice.

The hotel and the room are good as long as you don't get a sofa bed and/or eat in the restaurant. The food is average and they charge for every single item. If you order chucken tikka marsala, they will bring only that, rice is $6 extra and forget about ordering a Cesar salad...they will bring you only lettuce. Overall the restaurant experience was bad and expensive.

It's a new location that is nicely decorated and looks clean. I found it a hit or miss regarding service in the restaurant and house-keeping missed some steps in cleaning and re-stocking the coffee center in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. The only negative was that the room cleaning service passed by at 9:00 am - we were still in the room so they didn't come in to clean and we didn't get fresh towels.

I really enjoyed staying at Bloom. The room and the hotel were very clean and cozy. The only ick i got was when we came back to our room, the staff who cleaned our room forgot to properly close the door of our room, luckly nothing got stolen.

The overall hotel is very clean, facilities are new, staff are extremely polite and friendly! I am not quite bothered by the noise coming from the air planes above the hotel since it’s located very close to the airport!

Amazing property with such a vibe thats hard to get in Brampton. Excellent fine dining option at the hotel, one must try that Indian restaurant. Clean room with fresh linens to neat freak washrooms. Overall so happy with everything at this place!
